The products came broken. One of the packages sustained damages. The other packages where also damaged but I didn't proceed to opening them.

While the product itself was a 1-star…
While the product itself was a 1-star experience, the 5-star customer service saved the situation. It shows they stand by their customers when things go wrong.
At the beginning I was disappointed with the product I received, because of the poor quality of the materials, that resulted to a misassembly, but at the end I received excellent customer service.

POOR QUALITY
The product I purchased from your company is a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. The assembly instructions are totally confusing and not precise at all. This will be the last time I buy from your company. The product has 120 screws and the quality is ridiculous. Your customer service is nowhere to be found. A real disappointment. I will be disposing of the product in the rubbish.

A very good e-shop with good material wood and many more - good prices and also you can pay with Clarna in 3 months.

Worst quality
Avoid at all cost. This is the worst quality ever, the materials are the cheapest ones, I have a doll house that is better quality than the bed I ordered. One leg broke the day as we were assembling it, the screws that are supposed to hold the bed together are 3-5 mm, just horrible. Not able to use because the bed is a hazard.

Rubbish quality
Rubbish quality. Instructions are unclear and some of the materials broke. I threw out the bed because it’s was terrible quality. Will not recommend to anyone.
Edit: I have had 2 handyman look at the bed and tell me it’s really bad quality and the wholes and bolts don’t match up. They recommend I never buy from this company again.

Not satisfied
The delivery was delayed, and I was only informed four days after my purchase. Also, the product arrived with a damaged corner, and the assembly instructions were printed out of order.
Update: I'm adding one star because the customer support team handled my complaint promptly and professionally, which led to a positive final experience

Design flaws
Several parts were impossible to use in the design. After the company's help center reached out, they genuinely understood the product issues and figured out a way to compensate. Support is great, and I really hope they'll consider our discussion.

Στην πρώτη παραγγελία που έκανα το πακέτο μου ήρθε με φθορές.Επικοινωνησα με την εταιρεία και αμέσως μου πρότειναν λύσεις προκειμένου να με εξυπηρετήσουν.Αρκετα καλες τιμές σε σχέση με άλλες εταιρείες που πουλάνε παρόμοια ποιότητα προϊόντων σε διπλάσιες τιμες.Υπαρχουν οδηγίες χρήσης στην συσκευασία.
