Όσα προϊόντα έχω πάρει από εσάς ήταν πολύ καλά και οικονομικά. Μια φορά έγινε κάποιο λάθος από μεριάς σας και μέσα σε λίγες ώρες το τακτοποιησατε. Επικοινώνησε μαζι μου στο τηλέφωνο η υπάλληλος σας και το λαθος διορθώθηκε. Οι υπάλληλοι σας πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Μπράβο σας! Συνεχίστε έτσι!!

The product I received looked different…
The product I received looked different from the picture of the one I ordered and it also had a peculiar smell. I have purchased similar products from other retailers in the past, so I can tell the difference.

The pictures were misleading. The product was extremely small in dimensions in comparison to the pictures provided.

Correct product, bab condition
Although I received the correct product, I am not pleased with its condition. Some of its parts were new, and some were old, very dirty, like they were not properly stored, and some were slightly broken or chipped. I'm afraid I will not be ordering from this company ever again.

Product was great but there is no option…
Product was great but there is no option to choose the shipping company. ACS is terrible and always avoid using them. This ruined the whole expiriance. Im sorry for the two stars

Problem with the assembly
There is no problem with the product but during the assembly the two or three large screws do not find exactly the right position and are almost impossible to screw.
VidaXL contacted me and suggested to snd me all defective parts. I had already assembled the product, whithout using the defective screws and prposed to effer me a reduction coupon of 15 euros. Very correct after sales practice

Απλά τραγικό!!
Απλά τραγικό!!! Αγόρασα ένα κρεβάτι το οποίο κατά την συναρμολόγηση άρχισαν να σπάνε οι καβίλιες και τα κομμάτια δεν μπορούσαν να ενωθούν σωστά! Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν απλά να πετάξω το κρεβάτι αξίας 150€! Το καλό ήταν ότι δεν ήταν ακριβό το προϊόν!

Κριτική
Παραγγείλαμε ένα τραπεζακι σαλονιου το οποίο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Δυστυχώς πιθανόν κατά τη μεταφορά έσπασε σ ένα σημείο. Αμέσως μας πρότειναν αντικατάσταση ή επιστροφή χρημάτων. Ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοτατοι.
