Short and simple -great service thank you

Emailed them via their Web page with my details and repair request glass replacement on a watch that has sentimental value and not heard a thing from them. 2 weeks ago not within the hour as stated on their site.
Disappointed. Will try somewhere else. Thankyou for your response. But I had a message after I sent my details stating it had been sent.

Excellent customer service throughout & a speedy turnaround. Now confident that my trusty Tag has been properly serviced & repaired by professionals. Will certainly use again - highly recommended.

Replaced the glass on my Monaco, fantastic job and turnaround was very quick.

Absolutely superb. Looked after my trusty old Omega Seamaster - full service, refurb, reseal and pressure test for half the price I was being quoted elsewhere - it now looks like new again.

I sent my Breitling for repair and not only was it returned in an immaculate condition but I have to say better than Breitling in Switzerland.
I have read other reviews and can only agree that Alexis is so on the ball and kept me informed throughout.I never expected such an incredible experience because i'm so used to an average to bad service so now I will see if they can perform a miracle on my Omega

I’m not one to normally write reviews, more inclined to reading them, but having come across this company and doing some online research I decided to ask them to carry out a battery replacement on a Breitling Colt watch. Was a bit nervous about sending them my watch but I shouldn’t have been… the day after I posted it I had an email to confirm safe receipt and that they would inform me when works complete. Couple of days later received a further email to say works complete and watch on way back to me. On receipt I can say how pleased I was, it was like the day I bought it, cleaned polished and set to the correct time and date. Can’t testify to the pressure test and waterproofing as I never use my watch in those environments but have no reason to doubt that those works have been carried out to the same standard as the rest. Will be my go to place for works from now on

My TISSOT PRS200 and gave it an ultrasonic clean. My watch came back in superb condition. It’s over 20 years old but could pass as almost new. I can’t rate WRUK highly enough!!!

Less than half the price I have paid in the past. Crystal clear communication and my watch is working perfectly and looks like new.

Quality service in a couple of days. Posted back signed for Royal Mail. We use them to service my older 4000 series Automatic Tag watch always first class and polished to perfection. The watch was sent in with a dead battery, broken ratchet spring and signs of the use of over 29 years!!! A "brand new" looking and working watch was returned in a few weeks at an great price! Recommended and will use again!!

Excellent all round experience from start to finish. I sent two watches, one for a full service and the other for a new battery. I had to wait a while for my Omega to be serviced as one of the parts was not in stock, when the part arrived my watch was priority to complete the service. Excellent customer service keeping me updated throughout the small delay. Fantastic Company, I will be sending my Watches for a top class experience.
