Lots of communication from WRUK, good price quotation, got my old Tag H watch back working fine and nicely cleaned - first service after 30 years of almost daily use. I will be using WRUK again.

This company are trustworthy and seriously good. My Seamaster came back in perfect as new condition and has kept time far better than it did after its previous 2 Swatch/ Omega services, I absolutely recommend Watch Repair UK.

Very pleased with the service provided by Watch Repair UK. They serviced and serviced/repaired my Tag Heuer as per the quote and in a very short space of time. I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely come back for any repairs or servicing.

The thing with buying a stunning timepiece has always been the cost of service and repairs. Breitling are known for taking 3-6 months for this and at a princely sum too!

I had mentioned on the Facebook "Breitling Owners Club" that my Breitling Super Avenger A13370 had completely stopped working. Thankfully one of the other members suggested Watch Repair UK, so I visited their website and read reviews, of which there are many and without question, all are 5 stars.

As with so many others, I was a bit hesitant about sending off a £4700 watch to an internet service/repair centre. It felt it was a bit of a gamble. But having been offered a 4-6 week turn around and a full repair/service and refurb for less than BUK, I posted my watch off.

Today, 4th May 2023 just 7 weeks after I posted it, the watch arrived back with me. I cannot say how delighted I am that my trusty old Breitling, which, I have to say, has been worn every day for well over 10 years, looked like a brand new watch.

I cannot compliment them enough for the work done, I'm very happy, thank you.

Nothing but praise for WRUK! My Tag F1 watch had a new battery, seal, pressure tested and cleaned in under a week! I’ve used other repairers in the past, both online and in store and on each occasion it took 3 weeks and cost twice as much as WRUK.

First contacted WRUK late last Year September/November about a repair on a Baume and Mercier Hampton watch.
The crown had snapped off the stem and the stem that was left in crown was flush with it and after trying a few repairer’s, who all could not get it out, I found out if it was left in a solution of alum powder and hot water the stem would dissolve. This took about a week .
This was when I contacted WRUK again and they said they could possibly do it but would not guarantee the work.
Sent the watch off to them and they said it would need a full service and strip down to repair £256 + vat , also had a case polish done £75 + vat. I was now under the impression that having a full service strip down and a new stem fitted all work would be under warranty.

So after having spent £395 in November 22 I tried to adjust the date and the crown came off the stem , this was the end of February, I could get the crown to go back on the stem but realised it would need to be bonded on so contacted WRUK and sent it off as they said it should not be a problem provided the stem had not snapped, it hadn’t.
Got email from them saying there was a problem with stem and they had fitted a new one as the one fitted in November no longer engaged with the movement.
They said the work was not covered under the warranty only the service.
They tried to say the crown was not a part supplied by them and not guaranteed they wanted to charge another £40, the crown is the original Baume crown.
I refused to pay and they threatened “ we can send the watch back to you in the condition it was Sent to them in” so I said do that you’re still not getting anymore money from me.
They emailed later to say they would send it back with no charge as a gesture of good will, unbelievable.
So now I’m £395 out of pocket with a watch that is not waterproof due to the new stem being over length and will probably not work for that long.
They have stated in an email that the problem was with the stem they fitted,and a new stem that is now over length and rendering the watch not waterproof.
I will be seeking to recover the costs from WRUK and my advice to anyone thinking of having any work done on a watch is don’t under any circumstances use this company.

I was extremely impressed with the handling of my very old watch for overhaul and back to working order.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

Kept up to date with progress of repair and very well packaged on return.

Absolutely superb service. Sent in my Breitling Colt which was looking very tired and losing accuracy every day. Full refurb and service. I now have a virtually as new watch. Communication was spot on, and the price for what I had done was very very good.

Brilliant company, very good value for money and excellent craftsmanship. I’ve used this company for over 10 years and I can’t recommend them enough. Watch went in for a new battery, service and refurb …. literally came back brand new.

Sent a tag heuer carrera for service at £340 an ok price but not cheap. After reading reviews on trust pilot felt at ease sending the watch to them. Everything went well and recieved my watch back very quickly, after receiving my watch this is we're our major problems started.

I took a shower with my watch on and its rated at 100m, its a technical watch so there should not be any issues whatsoever, well there was much to my horror.

There was steam in the face of the watch, I started to investigate further and put the watch under water to see if there was any leaks.

Submerging the watch into water there was water entering at an alarming rate, I have taken images and footage of this and in relevant time I'll post it on YouTube and give the title so you can view yourself.

I sent the watch back with no apologies has they don't want to accept any liability, I threatened them with court action.

They have sent my watch back repaired but only time will tell how long this automatic will run in-between it's next service.

I did mention to them that after any watch repair a new seal and pressure testing is a must, clearly this wasn't done. I'm astonished on how this could be missed on an item of so much value, they tried to blame the seal. That's whats the pressure test is for to check.

This is my warning to you, my watch is cheap compared to the watches they advise to repair and service. I understand these are investments or may have sentimental value, when your paying them in my opinion a small fortune more care should be take on one's item.

My conclusion is never use this company.

To UK watch repairs response on trust pilot, the fault must have happened being delivered to myself. A seal that is torqued to a certain torque setting, a seal that is designed to go through many rigorous movements a person does in 5 years between a service.

Water was gushing in, I'm lucky I spotted this otherwise the watch would have needed full movement components.

The only reason you replied back so quick is we sent you footage of your poor work and questioned your pressure test which I'm certain this was not carried out. Also if left for a prolonged period would have rusted the components, that's why there was an urgency for you to ask for the watch back.

I don't usually compose reviews has I don't have the time and rarely have negative experiences. On this occasion I'm shocked at so called professionals charge what tag heuer would charge and blame parts.

I'm from an engineering background and this company thinks they can fool me with there guarantee promise. I had high hopes to brings all my family's time pieces to them.

Therefore I recommend spend a little extra and send it directly to the manufacturer, has they will send you back a full report and all your old components back which is reassuring.

Excellent and easy to navigate website, easy and efficient ordering. Sent on Monday repaired watch delivered Thursday. Excellent watch glass replacement looks new. Will definitely use this service again on the future

I have been sending my watches to WRUK for a while now, as they are extremely reliable and the workmanship is first class.
Excellent communication and updates on progression.
I would reccomend WRUK and wouldn't use any other for my watch repairs.

Was a bit worried at first being postal but was soon at ease with email updates did seem a bit expensive until I saw what they had to do and realised was very reasonable cost don't normally write reviews but thought I best seeing as am very happy with work they carried out and would definitely use there services again in the future.

After some extremely expensive quotes, for a battery replacement and pressure test, I was amazed to read the reviews for Watch Repair UK. So I sent my watch to them and it was returned with all the work done in a few days. The team at WRUK kept me informed by email of my watches arrival and when it was ready etc.
I won't be using anyone else for my watches from now on, Alexis and the team are brilliant. Many thanks WRUK

Excellent customer service from Watch Repair UK. They repaired my Tag Heuer Monaco watch face and gave it a full service. Communications with Alexis were excellent throughout. Total cost was less than a third of what I was quoted by Tag Heuer themselves. Great folk to deal with!

Superb service! Just received my Omega Constellation back with new battery and beautifully re-enamelled black numerals on the outside face. It's a vintage watch and has come back looking like new at a very reasonable price. Delighted thank you
