Foarte repede cineva a răspuns apelului meu. Am primit indicațiile necesare ptr Check in online, am rezolvat impreuna totul. Foarte amabila, răbdătoare, clara in îndrumare.

I bought a ticket for a charter flight and the day before they tell me it’s not available any more.
So they tell me that I need to fly a day later with TAROM. I said ok..
I go to airport and guess what they don’t find my name! So esky never booked the ticket they just took my money.
Stefania of call center refused to speak with the check in at airport and refused even to send them the electronic ticket wich clearly did not exist as they made it in photoshop.
I am filing complaint to consumer protection this company must close and it’s owner in jail
