I own several Gala marquees, one needed new gable ends for a 4m x4m elite pvc . I rang to enquire cost .
I was told they would be £600.
This was a very high price I thought.
A new elite pvc was on offer for £758 for a completely new 4m x 4m.
I didn’t buy anything for a week, but really needed a solution. So I ordered the new complete marquee.
I was then told there would be two pieces missing….. you’ve guessed it , the end gable walls. I feel duped by this selling practice. I remember a time when you could buy replacements quite cheaply from Gala Tents, but no more.

We've had our marquee for over 10 years, but managed to loose half the steel poles since the last time it was used. Only noticed this setting it up the day before it was needed. Spoke to Darren Perry at Gala who very calmly and professionally found our records and got us replacements and overnighted them to us for a Saturday delivery - before 9:30 - and at a reasonable price! Unbelievably perfect result. Many guests heard the story and were equally impressed with Gala Tent. Thank you Darren.

Ordered a new set of gazebo walls, stitching came loose on one wall after a couple of months, issue resolved within minutes and new wall sent out. Excellent after care.

Unfortunately on the first time using my gazebo one of the roof framing bars made a hole in the canvas cover

Sorry, I have been very tardy in writing this review, I have hard my 3x3 Gazebo for quite a few years now. The build quality is excellent and the canopies are great. They stand up to a lot of wind but nobody could ever expect them to withstand some of the winds that mine has been subjected to, not completely because I'm an idiot but certainly that has something to do with it! I've been away when 70+ mph winds have been coming and usually speaking dropping the canopy down beforehand and they'll survive. To be extra fair to Gala I think the canopy itself would have survived (as did the frame) but the tree that it blew into had other ideas. The replacement canopy fitted perfectly, and you can feel the quality. An A1 product at a reasonable price. Cheers.

Yes, it was a little more than we’d originally planned to spend, but the quality great, the finish looks amazing, and it looks like this will last for years, so it’s worth every penny.

As a customer with Gallatin for the last 10 years each and every year I order at least one or two gazebos I must say in 2025 I have messed the most kindest customer service representative Mrs Julie yes the surface and response was extremely satisfactory and I would continue to recommend all of my friends that is in the Festival trade to make sure and Shop with Gallatin I have absolutely no complaints a job very well done to the whole team

Great advice and great customer service

Purchased a 3x4.5 gazebo top of the range. I have had it 17 months used for approximately 5 months last year and after that the back wall stitching had come undone but the had it repaired under warranty no problem. Got the gazebo out this week to use and it had big split in the canopy. Spoke to customer service sent photos and was told it could not be repaired or replaced under warranty. The reason for the split was explained it was due to the UV that’s has weakened the material and that’s why it’s split and weak the only way round it was to buy a new one and the would give me 10% discount of a new one but it still cost me £138. The frame seems to be very good quality but it does question the longevity of the materials used.

With the full marquee erected including sides after Dutch lacing and velcroing together it is impossible to attach corner post and center post covers neatly.
Yes you can peg to the ground but they'll just flap in the wind and eventually twist out.
Message from customer service was they are essentially to be used without sides attached.Hence post covers?
That to me is a design disaster.
Post covers that can't be securely attached neatly when the sides are on.
There's better designs out there where the covers fit with velcro and their less money.
Sorry Gala thats a poor show unless I've missed something .

Second time ordering, already have 4.5 x 3 m, hex 50, bought 3x3 hex 50 for smaller events. Great service as usual, delivered on the day specified. Strong gazebo frame and sides. Highly recommend.
