Lovely stay

Lovely stay. Beautiful apartment especially the kitchen. Made for a nice location for some "getting ready photos" before going to the wedding we were here for. Secure parking and easy access to local sainsburys.

Nice holiday home

Nice house
Enjoyed the the large family kitchen
Two showers were blocked but the company got a plumber out within 24 hours so can’t complain

Bunch of scammers

Bunch of scammers
Ran my rent to rent
Lied about the projected occupancy rate and nightly rates. Slow to respond to issues. Withheld deposit claiming various damages
Ended up thousands of pounds down
Most of the reviews are fake and they threaten legal action if you write anything negative
Avoid like the plague

Edit - in response to reply below
1. The guy who introduced me to the unit is very much part of your group and you know it! The figures sent to me by him showed grossly inflated figures
2. The unit occupancy rate averaged around 50-60% NOT 80% as you erroneously stated. You were supposed to be the managing agent and clearly failed in this respect
3. You state that you did not withhold the deposit - I can assure that it was not retuned to me. As managing agents you are responsible for this

Just to add that your colleague, SL, who introduces people to your units and is very much part of your organisation has been expelled by the Property Redress Scheme for gross misconduct

Dear Ian,

We respectfully disagree with the assertions made in your review, as we believe they are inaccurate and misrepresent the facts.

Firstly, you were introduced to an investment opportunity through an external investor. You were afforded sufficient time to conduct your own due diligence prior to entering into the agreement, and you voluntarily signed the contract before being introduced to our company.

Secondly, the property in question operated at an occupancy rate of approximately 80%, which is significantly above the prevailing market average. The issues experienced within the unit were related to matters under the remit of the building’s management, over which we had no control. As the landlord, it is your responsibility to arrange for such matters to be addressed.

We remain committed to conducting our business professionally and transparently, and we stand by the accuracy of the above account.

The final point in Pass The Property has never taken any money in relation to any deposits or rent. This assumption is unjust and untrue that we withheld your deposit.

Nice accommodation with unfortunate disputes

The accommodation was clean, large, and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us. It would have garnered 4 stars but we had a dispute over my deposit due to items that were damaged on our arrival. Pass the Property resolved this dispute in our favour eventually.
