Painless cancelation process, human on the phone to action my request within a few rings. Would both recommend and use again.

I've been using Register365 for the past 15 years since I started my web design and digital marketing business. I have many domains registered with them and have had no issues in the past. Support are very helpful and responsive when required. Highly recommend Register365.

I had a technical issue wrt to my website which is hosted by Register365. I knew from the outset that how they dealt with that would be key to my decision about staying with the company. They did not let me down. It took a little while to get it sorted but there was never anything even close to a breakdown in communications. Two things: (1) The telephone support is always accessible to supplement the support ticket system and (2) they were completely honest about the cause of the issue when it was fixed. Those two things give me confidence in Register365.

Spoke with Kyle about my domain. Very professional and helpful and very clear communicator.

Transfer of websites to server was efficient, rapid and very very well done.

The whole experience is very, very good from start to finish and enjoying my server.

So far I’ve had a great experience with register 365. They provide a good service at a reasonable price.

Very expensive, with bad customer service.
I asked not to have auto renew on my account, however they only turned this off per domain, then refused a refund even inside cooling off period. These guys are dodgy, avoid.

Like a lot of other users, I have been with Register365 a long time, over a decade, and have always found them to be excellent to work with, with no major issues. Recently I was having a problem getting an SSL Certificate set up as some users were getting 'website not secure' messages in their browsers, and an initial glitch with setting it up with the certificate providers was sorted out very efficiently by Rohan on the Register365 support desk. Top marks!

Before renewing, needed amendments as my wife past suddenly and had to delete her email. Have been forever by Register 365 with no complaints, ever.

As a reseller / web designer i put tech support above anything else, their phone support for me is the key . As a long standing customer that is why i stay, the sales side of the company is a little too quick to recommend upgrades etc (thats not the sales staff but integrated into the website (machine driven) All reg 365 staff are helpfull and knowledgeable. One thing i ask, please keep AI out of support at least,and never kill phone support . Ai is along way off being usefull , hands on , hard gained knowledge will never be replaced by Ai.(i have an electronics engineering background)

Cant assign the domain to anything. Then when i go to try and buy a second domain they rachet up the price from 3 euro to 45 euro!! Scammers!
