Super pleased with the air source heat pump and associated gear installed by Rudkin and Herbert. From the initial consultation to the competition of the project the team have been great. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of installing an air source heat pump to use them. Great job guys.

Ian visited to undertake a survey of requirements and quoted within 24 hours. Having accepted and agreed a start date in one month disaster struck. The old boiler started leaking water and the kitchen floor was flooded in no time. A panic call to the Company attained a next day emergency response. 3 days later Jason and Joe had removed the old system and installed an external combi oil boiler. Despite several challenging tasks the team remained positive and cheerful. Attention to clearing up was very appreciated by my wife. We have no hesitation in recommending Rudkin and Herbert for plumbing and heating requirements.

Many thanks to Diane, her engineer and the team at Rudkin & Herbert for outstanding service in repair of our boiler. The boiler stopped working at breakfast time and after calling Rudkin & Herbert an engineer arrived within hours. He diagnosed a broken pump and went on his way. He returned later the same day and fitted the new pump, checked the function and headed home. This firm went out of its way to help us and restored our hot water and heating very quickly.

We really are pleased with our boiler installation. Jack did the work, and we found him to be professional, informative and friendly. The work was conducted efficiently and was completed within a day. Jack tidied up very well and basically did a good job.

We recently had a new boiler supplied & fitted by the team from Rudkin & Herbert, this included a relocation from the utility room to the airing cupboard.

The whole process from quotation through to installation was easy and without issue, they were very professional and competitive on the pricing compared to some other local firms offering the same service.

Our installation was completed by Jack who takes pride in his work and took the time to confirm and clarify the requirements so everything was delivered as expected.

The installation was completed without any issues and Jack kept all work areas safe and clear of rubbish throughout with regular hoovering of any dust created whilst drilling.

Upon completion the house was clear of all rubbish, and any old holes were bricked up, plastered & filled.

I would like to thank R&H for another amazing job! Jo and Paul came to our property on w/c 5th July to install a new boiler and new radiators. They initially said the job would take three days but the job only took two! Jo and Paul were both incredibly friendly, polite and very tidy. Excellent service yet again from a great company, thank you R&H and thank you Jo and Paul!

Ian was great when he came to quote. Paul and Ed did a fab job fitting and explaining everything. Tracey was wonderfully helpful helping to sort the paperwork etc. A great team all-round!

We contacted Rudkin and Herbert to have our boiler replaced and have a more modern combi boiler installed.
From day one, when Ian came out to quote for the job, they have been extremely professional and efficient.
The advice they gave was spot on, and the actual work was carried out to the highest standard by Jason, who did the whole job in 3 days on his own !
I cannot rate this company high enough and i would recommend them to anyone.
The price they quoted was competitive, and they were polite and efficient at all times.
Companies like this are the backbone of our country and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

When I was told that it would take 5 days to replace all our radiators and associated pipework I laughed, like a drain... In actual fact it took Glen and Ed 4 days. I lost the bet.
The service provided was exemplary. The chaps always arrived on time, had worked out their logistics plan for each day and utterly delightful to have in my house. The finished project is amazing. The even vacuumed the loft! Totally recommended.

Excellent service from Ian Herbert who spent time with us to explain the installation in full detail and also the engineers Jack and Ed who took very good care of all the carpets using special carpet protector ( film) and also very careful not to damage any walls and furnishings . They were very professional, polite and explained what they were doing each day. The work started and finished on time . After 5 weeks without heating it is great to have a warm house again

We have just had a new boiler installed and sink tap fitted. In out early 80's this was a major decision. Very happy with the boiler installation from Rudkin & Herbert! The office was really helpful with any queries we had prior to the work, and Cameron did a great job with the installation- he arrived on time each day, was friendly and installed the boiler/pipework very neatly. This is our second time having a boiler installation with Rudkin & Herbert. We were happy with the work at our old property and so chose them again at our new property. This time the installation was more complex due to changes that the previous owner had made and I was concerned we would have problems getting the old 1978 boiler changed. But no this was not a problem to Ian when he popped round, he knows his trade and explained what would happen and gave a fair quote. They even helped with the plumbing work of an old sink and refitting a new one which Glen did for us. He did a great job of this so thanks to Glen.
The actual boiler installation and new radiators were carried out by Jack and Ed, they were both professional and very hardworking and tidy. We were very impressed with the neatness of Jacks plumbing of the pipework to the boiler and the gas pipe and well done to Ed as there were no leaks to the pipes fitted to the radiators. Both did a fantastic job so Thank you. I know if we ever need any work in the future we will go back to this company and will recommend them to friends. Thanks guys we are so happy with our boiler.
