Paul, Cameron and Glen did a great job installing my new boiler. They came each day on time, kept the house tidy and the finish is neat and to a high standard. They kept me informed of work progress and answered all questions in an easily understandable way. Highly recommended.

I would just like to thank Rudkin and Herbert for the installation of our new oil boiler over the last couple of days, we have had 6 different members of their team working so hard to get our pretty complex and awkward system up and running as soon as possible, helped by a long day and an early start it was a pleasure to have such a conscientious team completing all aspects to such a high standard and as a bit of a pain slightly ocd customer myself it’s probably a first. We are so pleased after living for 15 years with a poorly installed system with constant issues to finally be confident that this time it has been done right.
Thanks again to all staff from the management for turning the job around as soon as possible to the hard working, well mannered, perfectionist team for all they have done.

Came highly recommended by a friend who was really happy with the company, so gave them a call. Ian Herbert gave me a quote taking his time and thoroughly going through all my options. Glen, Edd and Joe installed my new boiler and radiator. My really old back boiler, hot water cylinder and water tanks in loft were all removed. New boiler was expertly installed. Cleaned out all the gunk in my radiators. All the pipe work was hidden underneath floor boards and in one room where a small section of my laminate floor was removed, they fitted it back beautifully. I was working from home the whole time and the guys worked around my live online lessons to make sure my lessons was not disturbed. Superb job. Curtis, leicester.

Boiler replaced and several new radiators by Jason and Ed. They were very professional and clean and tidy workers.All pipework very neat.We are very satisfied with this installation,and would recommend Rudkin and Herbert for all plumbing work.

Brilliant service, Cam came Wednesday morning and went above and beyond to make sure we went minimal time without gas and water services. Real clean job. Tidy pipe work, cleaned up after himself and left no mess as well as making sure we knew how everything worked before he left and gave us the heating system we needed. Fully recommend, great company & great lads.

Combi boiler replacement. Agreed to come out on 21-22 December following the postponement of a previous appointment for COVID reasons. Cameron and team were courteous and professional and provided detailed usage instructions. Excellent service all round.

Had a new boiler fitted in a new location 25-27 November. From beginning to end the job was carried out in a professional manner. Cameron did a sterling job , left the site clean and tidy each day. Cameron is competent in his profession and did thorough in his checks on completion. Will be recommending to friends and family and using them again in the future.

Rudkin & Herbert carried out a boiler replacement for me from 18-20 November 2020. I went from a traditional boiler to a combi, so it was quite a big job. From initial phone call to finished installation I was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism: everyone showed up when they said they would and did what they said they'd do. Glenn worked on the installation for the full two and a half days and Cameron joined him for one of them. They worked really hard and everything was done to a high standard. Particular mention must be made of the bricking up job on the old flue hole; they actually bothered to match the brick pattern properly, which is an attention to detail you don't often see nowadays, especially when it's tucked away at the back of the house where no-one seems to think it matters. Glenn also sorted out a couple of little plumbing jobs that had needed doing for a while whilst he was there, so now I not only have a great new boiler but also a toilet that flushes properly and a kitchen sink that doesn't leak. They were completely trustworthy to leave in the house alone while I went out to work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future should I be in need of plumbing and heating services and would happily recommend them to family and friends.

We were very pleased indeed with the work carried out by Peter, a courtious and friendly gentleman within the world of bathroom fitters. The Flipper panel supplied by Rudkin and Herbert has completed our shower area to full satisfaction and the re-silicone applied to the shower base now looks very smart. Many thanks to the Company and also to the efficiency of the office staff.

This is the 2nd occasion where I have used Rudkin & Herbert Ltd and have been very pleased with the experience from initial quote to installation.This time, we had a new boiler and cylinder installed by Jason. A highly experienced engineer; a job well done with professionalism and to high standard.

Recently had a new boiler installed and moved from the old position in the upstairs bedroom to the kitchen.

Cameron carried out the work and did an excellent job. When an unexpected problem occurred he went out of his way to sort out the issue and worked late most nights to get the job done.

I have recently had a Worcester Bosch boiler installed at my home address by Rudkin & Herbert Ltd. The fitter assigned to install this was Cameron who I found to be a pleasant and likeable young man. During the three and a half days that he was at my premises I found him to be most professional, conscientious and hard working at all times. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and the house was left in a clean and tidy condition. Thanks also to Ian Herbert for his interest and advise in setting this up, and also Joe and Ed who assisted Cameron most ably. Rudkin & Herbert Ltd were able to postpone our bathroom refurbishment originally scheduled for Easter 2020 (Covid-19 onset.)
The whole onsite team abided by the social distancing and face mask rules whilst carrying out their works.
They arrived timely and left without leaving a mess. Upon hitting an unexpected plumbing issue, they gave us several solutions and sufficient time before making our decision.

Very pleased with the experience from initial contact to installation. Joe and Jason were very professional and ensured the job was completed to a high standard, and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Paul Langley attended us during the the Covid19 crisis. He was very meticulous about his personal hygiene and our safety for which we were very grateful. He replaced two valves in our Y plan central heating. And was very efficient, helpful and informative. He is a credit to Rudkin and Herbert.
