DO NOT USE!!!! I booked for a general clean and arrived home to my house looking the exact same. Floors had not been cleaned, carpets not hoovered no dusting done! I am actually in shock that they expect to get away with this, I understand missing a few things out due to lack of time but to do none of the "general" clean listed on their website is not acceptable. I have contacted them and sent on pictures and was told I should look into a deep clean, my house does not need a deep clean, I have now asked for my money back which I have had no response to.

Lack attention to detail and very over-priced - clean not up to a high standard. My house was already clean to a high standard hence why I booked a ‘deep clean’. Paid £140 for a ‘deep clean’ including oven. FYI this only included living room kitchen and bathroom. Doesn’t include hall, any bedrooms and only 1 bathroom you have to pay extra for these. Also doesn’t include any appliances in kitchen - microwave, toaster etc. Ladies both polite on first visit but only in property for 1.5 hours both commented on how clean house already was and it would be an ‘easy job’. Ladies turned up with kitchen roll and limited cleaning supplies no steam cleaning completed like website states. I contacted sparkle sparkle as skirtings had been missed, couches not hoovered, dinning room table and chairs not cleaned properly. Finger marks left on cupboards and extractor fan. Soap scum left on bathroom taps. They did send cleaners back to fix what had been missed but both cleaners clearly annoyed at this and arrived with a terrible attitude very unprofessional stormed about. Also no PPE worn or offered on any visits. Office staff very helpful when I emailed about not being happy at all of the missed areas and did send ladies back but wouldn’t recommend as so expensive for so little done.

I booked a deep clean at the price of £280 They sent 2 cleaners , they took 2 hours and 20 mins in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. I was so disappointed I contacted them in which they replied it’s human error. Absolute joke , I never leave reviews but I feel like I owe it to other people to warn them.

I got my deposit back thanks to a clean by sparkle sparkle.

Had the Sparkle Sparkle girls out to give my home a deep clean. The girls were hard working and had great attention to detail. No job was too big for them, will definitely be using this company again amazing & friendly professional girls

Shambolic service

I paid for a deep clean with extra for tiles in Kithchen to be steam cleaned

2x girls turned up and only took 2 hours
So 4 hours worth of cleaning

Turned up with Kithchen roll missed they following

Half Kithchen tiles as they don't move anything

Full dinning room table and chairs
Cleaned top of it only quick wipe down

All high lever ie ant cob webs

All ligth fittings

All wall hung items

All window frames and cills

Crome legs living room table

Never moved or cleaned any orniments just cleaned around them

Top of door surrounds

Top of any above head hight units

80 % my skirting

Doors

I complained soon as I got home as no one was there to sign it off

2 girls back next day

Showed them every thing missed

They ran round everything with dry Kithchen roll

After they where done upstairs I went check
Mentioned that when they wiped down corness all bits from kitchen roll and dust is now all over the black gloss furniture in main bed room and still not touched light fitting

One them stormed off up stairs about 20 seconds later I went up and she was dry wiping the gloss furniture o to the floor
They never hover it after that

Asked her if done Ligths and she says yes I checked when she went down stairs and only half a light fitting was done and agian with dry towel

One in hall not even touched by this time just wanted they out my house

£217 basically for same clean my wife does every week

I would avoid at all cost

The Sparkle Sparkle staff were professional and meticulous today. They did a superb job on my mothers home. I can’t thank them enough x

I have used other companies in the past and although they were good they never left a lasting impression. I used Sparkle Sparkle a couple of weeks ago for my quarterly deep clean and I was overly impressed! The girls were professional and friendly. They surpassed my expectations, I can hand on heart say I have found a company I will use again! 5 star cleaners!!

Very friendly, and very fast. But they didn't seem to know what extras I'd paid for, and I don't think they did them all, either.

They clearly worked hard, but I regret paying for cleaning the inside of cupboard, for example, which I don't believe was completed. Had I not asked specifically, other requests wouldn't have been completed too, I believe.

All in all, probably wouldn't use again, although they were super friendly and helpful in person.

We hired Sparkle Sparkle as we were moving from abroad to Scotland. The flat we rented was cleaned twice before Sparkle Sparkle but we wanted to make sure it's done super good. We paid an incredible 393 pound for the service so we thought we really do not need to worried.
Instead of it being a sparkle sparkle flat we spendt whole day cleaning it by ourselves after we arrived to the country. When we sent pictures to Sparkle Sparkle and asked for a partial refund. All we got responded was that we should check and tell cleaners on site and they can send someone over to finish cleaning although we did already cleaning by ourselves. I asked the question why me as a customer must supervise their staff after paying such a horrendous price. There is no way you can escalate on supervisor or manager. Sparkle Sparkle refuse to engage talking to you either by phone or email. My case is with the court now. I regret so much I trusted them and ever hired them.

Had two girls out this morning to do a deep clean of my flat, I am very happy with the results, my flat is sparkling, will definitely use sparkle sparkle again in future, thank you

I had a nightmare when moving into a new flat that turned out to be filthy, so dirty I didn’t want to stay in it and ended up in a hotel. I started urgently searching for a cleaner and found the SparkleSparkle website, I was immediately impressed and thankful for their very easy to use booking system, where you can select services from a menu with a clear price given for each service and a total shown at the end before you submit your enquiry, this was something most other companies did not have. I was contacted very quickly after sending the initial enquiry by a customer service rep called Fiona who was fantastic at answering my questions and responding quickly and efficiently. The cleaners (Natalie and team) arrived at the property promptly and have done a fantastic job, everything I asked for was done and done to a good standard. It wasn’t cheap, but it’s worth paying for this standard of service. Cannot thank this company enough and would highly recommend.

The girls did a fantastic job of my mothers home, I’m very pleased.

The girls arrived on time, done a great job, very professional and friendly, can't recommend them enough, done alot more than expected, I will be using sparkle sparkle again, thanks again!

This company should be avoided at all costs.

My wife and I booked Sparkle Sparkle and whilst she has reviewed them previously I had to review them also due to the dishonest (though frankly not surprising) response they gave to my wife and being the subject of their response I feel entitled to respond.

Sparkle Sparkle claimed that the cleaner spoke to me and I gave the all clear to leave. I categorically did not. For the benefit of the removal of any doubt I was not happy at all with the substandard clean hence why my wife and I contacted them immediately to register our shock that the flat was left in such a state and the cleaner had gone. Leaving our front door wide open I may add.

In any event, we paid for a team - you sent one person. We paid for a thorough clean - we were left with a filthy flat. We paid extra for the kitchen range to be cleaned - it was not cleaned. We registered our displeasure with the substandard service and have been ignored through email and you were dishonest in your response to my wife.

I would emcourage any potential customer to look at the pictures that we published of the so called clean on Google. Take 2 seconds to do that, it will save you a lot of money.

Had this company out to give my mother-in-law’s home a right good deep clean, she has smoke in this house for the past 30 years. To say I was impressed was an understatement, the pvc around the windows and all door frames & skirtings look amazing. I got them to deep clean the carpet in the lounge and what I thought was a cream carpet is actually white. I will definitely be recommending Sparkle Sparkle to everyone I know, thank you ladies

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE SPARKLE SPARKLE. I have contacted sparkle sparkle numerous times to have my complaint resolved and they have avoided me. I hired them for a full house deep clean, shampoo 2 carpets and oven deep clean. I paid over 200 pounds. They sent one cleaner to carry out this job and supposedly other staff were coming to help later. I was in and out all day and never seen any more than one member of staff. The full house deep clean description on there website was not what was carried out. They had basic products, hoover, mop, bucket and kitchen roll. I advised cleaner I had to do school pick up but to call me before leaving this did not happen and house was left wide open when she left. FRONT AND BACK DOOR WERE LEFT OPEN! I contacted sparkle sparkle straight away but as I didn’t state at time I wasn’t happy with clean it had to go to manager. I wasn’t given the opportunity to do this and stated this but apparently had to go to management. The manager was on holiday so had to wait on them returning this was weeks ago now they still haven’t responded. I have 75 pictures of areas of the house that weren’t done or even touched I paid a lot of money for a full house deep clean. As stated on there website they clean from top to bottom this is not the case go elsewhere to get the job done right. I am now taking this further as SPARKLE SPARKLE HAVE REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS.

In response to Sparkle Sparkle comment the house was not cleaned as per website description. I have 75 pictures that are date and time stamped to prove this was not done as per website description. The house was not cleaned from top to bottom. I have the GPS signal for girl leaving with time stamp on photos. Yes you said two other girls arrived but what Fiona gave me was GPS time leaving no GPS time for arrival despite asking.

As for the phonecall before they were leaving i have no call or log of call. There was no voicemail or text message left. So no one contacted me to say they were leaving. The key was left it was in the back door. I advised cleaner of this. My house was left vulnerable by Sparkle Sparkle.

As per comment about my key worker i advised the i would be getting help to support my claim moving forward with Sparkle Sparkle.

I checked my email to see how many of my 17 emails i received response to and its 4 times Sparkle Sparkle has responded. The last email received was from FIona to say it was in managers to do list. Yet no response from the manager. So no one try to rectify this issue. No one bothered to respond to address my complaint.

Yes it is my right to move forward with claim against Sparkle Sparkle. In my Opinion you did not use reasonable skill and care when you provided this service. I have been reasonable in waiting for a response about job being completed or price reduction due to the poor service but Sparkle Sparkle has refused to respond.

As there has been no resolution for this complaint you will be hearing from the appropriate services in due course.

Employed this company to deep clean my father (who passed away in Mays House as it upset me too much to be there for long periods.. I payed £271 for a deep clean plus extras including inside/ontop of cupboards and wall washing as my dad smoked heavily. Cleaners were there from 10.30 till 3pm and not much done at all. Due to covid we had to let them get on with the work .On inspection of the house in the following days about 70% of what we had paid for had not been done or had been done very poorly. It was evident that the cleaners did not have the proper equipment to tackle the job as--
1.Kitchen cupboards bottom 2 shelves done left the top others dirty .
2.top of cupboards not touched
3.Cooker extractor cleaned 1/2 way up.
4.Wall washing was abismal
5.not all skirtings done
6. Bathroom cabinets not done
7.Carpets hardly touched
8.Kitchen floor still spill marks
9 shower screen and glas in doors a mess
I could go on and on about what was not done or poorly done all day .
Have sent pictures of all these complaints by e-mail to the company to be told you have to check before they leave which is absolutly rediculous in this current climate . I have been told that it has been passed on to there customer satisfaction team which is a bit of a joke as weve been waiting a week for a reply .
If you do opt to use this company I suggest you pay by credit card so you can recover your payment later on after you see the standard of there work. I did recieve a refund for the fridge they missed as my husband told me they wouldent clean it .You have pictures of all the thibgs you had missed when I myself went to check the house how can you dispute this!!! At no time did my husband say HE WAS HAPPY he was dumb struck your cleaners left it like that !!! I will be seaking legal advice on this matter .
Edit -- I have now sent them a formal complaint plus a letter asking for a alternative dispute resolution to the complaint this has taken over 4 weeks . No reply to either . And no contact from the customer satisfaction team which I doubt they have . Now going down the small claims cour rout.. Stay Clear they dont care after they got your money !!

I booked an end of tenancy clean and couldn't of been more pleased with the result. Flat was gleaming by the end of their visit and the girls were so nice and friendly and hardly stopped during the time they were there. I would definitely recommend and use again without hesitation. Thank you sparkle sparkle for a fantastic job.
