Very professional service. The girls did a fantastic job. I have booked them for my mums house as well now.

We have been shielding for the last year and a half, so I was very worried about letting people inside my house to clean, however I had expressed my worry to Cor and when the ladies arrived they were wearing masks and adhered to distance. I had a deep clean of my kitchen dining room living room and bathroom, I stayed in my bedroom throughout. I am delighted with the job and how professionally it was carried out. The two young ladies were first class. I have already gone online and booked a regular clean. I can thoroughly recommend this company

Got this company in after my other half did a lot of renovations, to say they did a great job was an understatement!! They were so hard working and no job was too big. Will be organising a regular clean with them in the next few weeks

I get the girls into deep clean my home 2 or 3 times a year! I have never found fault in any of their work, they are always polite & professional and not to mention more than happy to help with things that usually aren’t included in the deep clean. I can’t thank this company enough for making sure my home is sparkling from top to bottom

I would highly recommend this company as they are very professional. Had 2 of the girls out to my home for a deep clean and I was really impressed by their work standards, arrived on time and with good attitudes will certainly be using this company again.

I would urge people to avoid this dangerous, unprofessional and lazy company.
I contacted them for a “post builder’ clean and was quoted 150 pounds for the cost.
On the morning of the clean the 2 staff members appeared without even a face mask - in contravention of legal requirements. I was shocked but as they had cam earlier than arranged but thought perhaps it was because once I left they might put on a full cleaning suit.

My neighbours told me that 20mins after I left the staff in the black BMW they arrived in had too still wearing regular clothes and no face masks!!!
I was genuinely shocked to find despite the website marketing claims that the following had not been done. This is in direct variance to what is promised on the website and that’s why I’ve listed them below.

1. the skirtings, plug sockets, light switches still had finger marks, dust and grease on them
2. the visible sides & top wood surfaces in both living rooms and the front bedroom were still dirty
3. the Inside windows sills were still filthy and hadn’t been touched at all
4. the carpet had not been vacuuming al all and the kitchen floor certainly hadn’t been steam cleaned
5. my kitchen handles hadn’t been cleaned nor had the sink or the visible worktops
6. my fridge was still marked and grimy and hadn’t been cleaned in any way
7. the hob, taps and drain area were still very dirty
8. both my wooden table & chairs had been completely untouched also with a thick layer of builders dust on them

They are cowboys who promise big and deliver little but apart from being an exceptionally poor cleaning company I believe they are dangerous- days after they were in our home my partner has contracted COVID-19 and I believe this is a causal action from the staff going round our home without any face coverings on. My partner shields and never goes beyond the front door without a mask and had specially decided to drive to the local park to ensure no cross encounter with the cleaners.

On attempting to contact them on Monday to discuss the major issues as they cleaned at the weekend for us-we have been fobbed off no less than 5 times and despite repeated lies someone would call back no one has-this is absolutely scandalous.

Avoid these people not only will you loose money, have no cleaning done it could actually endanger you and your family.

Extremely disappointed by the service provided by this company. We opted for an end of tenancy clean as our house was empty and ready for its new owners. The service that we received was far below the level we expected, we paid a high premium expecting a premium job to be carried out, this was not the case.

Hard floors throughout were left sticky underfoot with obvious stains left behind.

Inside the bedroom wardrobes were not touched. Fitted mirrors were left with marks that had been there prior to the clean.

The deep oven clean which we paid extra for, left behind visible stains all over the bottom of the oven and wire racks that had clearly not been cleaned.

The inside dishwasher clean, which again we paid extra for, left visible food and filters that had been untouched.

Basic things like skirting boards had been missed throughout the house and left with visible dust. Kitchen worktops were left with crumbs and sticky to the touch.

Chrome radiators were not cleaned and blinds throughout were left with dust and/or splashes all over.

Have contacted the company to express my disappointment, only to be told that any issues must be reported before the team leaves for the day. In the current climate where meeting indoors is not advised and where the cleaners are not wearing any face coverings I feel it would be inappropriate to detain 3 people in my house while I carry out a full inspection. I feel that paying £322 to a professional company, I should not have to fully inspect the work carried out. I have been told that a manager would be in touch to discuss, however this has not happened.

Save yourself some money and trouble by avoiding this company.

The girls are very polite and professional. They clean for me every 2 weeks and always work hard while here. I'm very happy with their service.

Take our advice and avoid, you will regret it.

I hope this serves as a warning to anyone googling for reviews and considering hiring this company. When we checked the ratings on Yell a month or so ago there were many 5 star reviews making the company appear very positive, however they have since been removed by Yell as they were fake.

We agreed £257, and this was for an intensive deep clean, including extras.

Due to social distancing we agreed we would let them in then leave them to it, as the property was vacant.

There were 2 people cleaning the house for around 3 hours. When we arrived the next day to inspect it we realised they had done almost nothing. They gave cupboards a quick wipe down, and some of the window sills. Floors weren't mopped or even hoovered. Bathrooms were not cleaned.

They then ignored our attempts to contact them for a week. When we got in touch they claimed it was our job to inspect it and once the cleaners leave its your problem.

Please avoid.
