Waistwhisper 

This is a scam. The company claims to be based in the UK but they're actually based in China! There is no money back guarantee, despite advertising this. The lifetime and postal guarantee is a con. When I tried to return mine they told me it will cost more to ship back to China than I'll get back in refund. Yet they claim to ship from the UK and have a UK email address! This is clearly a lie. The product isn't fit for purpose, it's tiny, impossible to stand or balance on and it definitely isn't suitable for disabled people. They are breaking all sorts of laws with their false advertising and replies to comments on Facebook. Please don't waste your money. I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Conflicting emails with different tracking numbers and delivery providers, I think to mask the fact that it's coming from China rather than the UK. Apparently they're in Manchester which is not far from me at all and yet it's been nearly two weeks? Like others on here I wish I had checked other sites first.

Cheap child’s toy. Not for adults. I have ladies size 4 feet and am 5 feet tall and can barely fit on it. I have to contort my legs to use it. At half the weight of the stated capacity, the cheap plastic creaks and groans beneath me. I feel every lump of the ball bearings. Foot massage? Shipping and tracking were so incompetent that I got multiple, conflicting tracking numbers and updates. I was pretty sure I had been scammed, when it suddenly arrived. I still get random inaccurate tracking updates. Fingers crossed they aren’t trying to send me a second one.

If I could give zero stars I would! Item turned up! Really flimsy cheaply made plastic! Broke when stood on it and I’m not that heavy! Do not buy from these scammers!!

Would give it a 0 star if I could. My first package turned up empty. Was told I would be receiving a replacement, that replacement then got lost and then a third one was supposedly sent out and it’s been two weeks now. I ordered 6 weeks ago! They are scammers please save your money.

Product broke after a week. Company won’t offer a replacement or refund. Lacking in any customer service.

Now I’ve seen similar reviews I regret wasting my money.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Soon after purchasing this item the straps wore to just a thin strand, very poor quality, after emailing pictures of the fault I had a reply from Charlotte to say as it is used it does not come under the life time warranty and that they can not assist me further in this matter, I have since found you can buy the same item on eBay for £10.00, absolute shocking company avoid

I received mine today. Brought on Amazon as much cheaper. When I opened the package I thought it would never take my weight as it's very lightweight but to my surprise it did! I managed 10 minutes but only as not feeling great but could feel it working my arms and waist. Will be doing this daily as so easy! I am a happy customer so far!

I wish I’d read Trustpilot before ordering. It’s been a week since I ordered from these scammers and I still haven’t even had product shipped. No response to emails. I’ll be trying to claim back my money from Apple Pay.

I wish I'd read the reviews here before committing to the purchase. I emailed Waist Watchers a week after they told me my order had been despatched via Royal Mail using the 48 hour tracked service, asking why I paid a shipping protection fee and there was no update on the tracking on Royal Mail's website. Their response from Charlotte was fairly patronising, particularly the use of exclamation marks. She basically said it was nothing to do with Waist Watchers, but she did admit they have received a lot of customer complaints about delivery/despatches via Royal Mail. My response back was perhaps they need to look at an alternative courier as complaints (certainly many complaints about the same issue) isn't good for business.
I'm still waiting for the item, but now know it's at Swindon so hopefully I'll receive something soon

Found this on social media, looked into thought this would be a good idea to try. Saw some media influences are tagged into it and extra workout videos on Instagram.
Decided to buy, did think it was rather expensive for what it is, being a twisting disc.
Took over a week and a bit to arrive, even though shipping is 1-2 days.
When emailed they did respond within 24hrs.
Next day it turned up in a plastic bag, was expecting a box with it wrapped up inside, some instructions, fitness workout and tips. Nope literally in a postage bag, not even wrapped.

Definitely plastic disc. Was worried if I was going to break it when I stood on it as it made a noise. Personally i don't think it will be long lasting.

Tried to find the video on Instagram but these had vanished.

I managed to do 15 mins on it, yes it did ache my abs and arms. It does do what it says online, however I'm only on day 1!

However another bonus it keeps my ADHD son busy for 30mins.

My partner purchased body shaping disc for £24.99 , what arrived was a flimsy plastic disk badly packaged, I sent an email requesting a refund and a return address, they ignored my email until their 30 day warranty expired then responded it was out of warranty and was now second hand! They are scammers and not a credible company avoid!!
They advertise on social media to con people with their overpriced gimmicks their needs to be more buyer protection from these thieves.

Still waiting for item to be delivered says delivered in 1 to 2 working days what a joke. Like others on here impulse buy should have looked on amazon less than half the price. Keep getting holding emails about shipment I don't think its ever going to turn up.

Impulse purchase like many others. Saw it on a FB advert and decided to buy after foolishly believing comments on FB that they probably paid for. Item never arrived and customer services are useless. Won’t be seeing that money again.

Used for 5mins and the ball bearings came loose inside, was not impressed with packaging- just a bubble wrap envelope, flimsy produce and not as advertised on website, obviously a cheap product. Didnt have product logo on.itbut a cheaper ' waist twisting disk' sticker!!

Biggest load of rubbish ever, tried to cancel order but had to pay, but now I wish I did, cheap & flimsy & obviously not English, I should have got it from temu as this obviously where they came from, my advice save your money & buy from there or failing that get it from e-bay...

I impulsively purchased this product with this company at £24.99. I was not aware it was being delivered from a company in China and the exact same product is available widely from £9.99 here in U.K. It is totally my own fault for not investigating the product elsewhere but it is a cheap piece of plastic and I’ll definitely not be caught out like this again 🤬

Took long time to come when it arrived there was a bit missing. Emailed company they wanted photos sent those haven't heard from them since. If I had known it was coming from China wouldn't have bothered. Its false advertising to say its from the UK.

Absolute rubbish! This product is such poor quality and their return policy is nonexistent despite advertising a 30 day money back guarantee. Do not waste your money!

This product comes from China not the Uk so once you have ordered it’s too expensive to return. A total scam and not worth the money. Buy off Temu instead as this is the same product
