Awful company. Ordered and paid what I later found to be over the odds. Only for it not to turn up despite several emails telling me it's on its way. Wish I'd saw these reviews before I ordered but it's a total scam

I was told a week last Monday my order was shipped, it’s now wednesday, 10 days later and it’s only just arrived. Poorly packaged by the retailer and taped up by Royal Mail. Shocking customer service who ignore customer emails and clearly don’t give a toss about their customers. Don’t waste your money folks.

Absolute rubbish. Doesn't even move and to small to stand on. Can get it on Amazon for half price is not worth the money. DON'T BUY

Hi I’ve been scammed. Stupid me. Wish I read real reviews. What I received is not at all what was advertised. This I can get for under £10 on Ali express. It’s a cheap bit of plastic. Can’t fit on. Not fit for purpose and the straps aren’t flexible and short. They said no quibble money back guarantee and now I see you have to return it to China by a tracked service so it costs more to return. I’ve just contacted them and said i will lodge a complaint unless I get my money back in full. As it’s false illegal advertising. Has anyone been successful in getting their Money back. I saw this on Facebook and ordered like an idiot. The reviews must be fake

OMG I cant believe I’ve actually been scammed ! After weeks of chasing this company my items finally arrived today - actually they gave a discount if I bought a 2nd which I did for my daughter, it cost me £41. They are flimsy plastic pieces of rubbish from China which actually sell from £7.99 on eBay! They say they were manufactured in the UK which they obviously aren’t so this is false advertising in itself. I tried to call up the item from the Facebook feed where I bought them as they looked totally different on there but it has disappeared. I will report to Trading Standards as it’s disgusting they should not be allowed to get away with it. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Do not fall for the advertising. WaistWhisper was of very poor quality and definitely not worth £24.99. Company appears to be UK based but product is shipped from China. Any return has to be posted to China - as an alternative the company offers a 20% refund and you can keep the product.

Awful. Total scam

I made an order over a week ago, emailed them but no response. The tracking number they have has been saying the same information for days in that there is no update. Now I’ve read these reviews realising it’s probably a scam. Have asked for refund but I guess that’s wishful thinking.

The item turned up on time, good comms from the company. I'm still figuring out how this will help me lose weight but it's day one. I came onto Google to find more about how to use it so was surprised by the reviews on here.

Despite the negative reviews on here I have to say I had no issues with this company, I ordered and received the product without any problems. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the packaging the product arrived in could have been better and so could the instructions, but the product works well and the quality is fine

Total scam, cross with myself for not reading reviews before purchase. It never turned up regardless of the emails I sent to chase up and various fake tracking emails they sent in to me from a number of different courier companies. Please don’t waste your money on this, sadly It is a scam.

No response to multiple emails, no order confirmation, no product. Scam. Scam. Scam. Annoyed with myself for not checking reviews first. Will be doing what I can to get my money back but not holding out much hope.

Total Scam. Order never arrived. Contacted customer service, they asked for order number, gave order number and they asked for it again. Asked for refund, they asked for order number, and on it went. Total scam, wish I had read these reviews first.

If I could give a - I would. Paid for Guaranteed shipping 1-2 days and 15 days later I am still waiting for a delivery. I contacted support and waited 2 days for a reply, asked for a refund and got blanked. DO NOT BUY from these scammers

Scam scam scam !! Don't bother ordering wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering. Over a month and no product!! No response. Will hound them until I get a refund

Scam, avoid. They either don't send the goods at all or, if they do, it's very poor quality/unusable. See their website, it doesn't comply with regulations: there is no contact information, no registration details, it's full of typos. They lie about being in the UK. The only thing they have in the UK is the bank account into which you pay, that's it. Avoid.

Scam website. Too easy to get lured in by the Instagram TikTok videos and just buy now. They claim they’re designed in the U.K. but I’ve checked and the Australian domain claims it’s designed in Australia, etc. it’s a scam.

The product is rubbish. Low quality land fill is the best way to describe it.

Customer service is non existent, they boast a quibble free money back guarantee but it’s not the case. They offered me 20% refund and the option to keep the product as the cost of returning is greater than the cost of the product.

Its unlawful. Dishonest and a complete scam.
