Worst quality!!! Comes from china - proudly advertised as Designed in the UK. Cheap flimsy plastic twisting disc. Utter waste of money.

This product is totally useless. I am only light in weight and it struggles to move and it certainly doesn't move freely as advertised. Hardly big enough to stand on, don't know how you would get on if you have bigger feet. Total waste of money. Don't purchase!

Absolutely disgusting string broke straight away as with other reviews the company don't want to know about it and won't refund or replace,will never use this company ever again, waste of money.

Received it Monday, tried it once to test it out and the band broke straight away.
Emailed back to say I couldn’t get a refund as it’s been used. Haven’t responding to my last email. Bad quality and false advertisement.

If I had known before I ordered I wouldn’t have but now seeing reviews all had same experience at same time. Had exactly same experience as others broke straight away on first use and they won’t refund/replace as it’s been used even though faulty which is in breach of consumer law so have had to raise dispute with my bank. Poor quality and poor service.

Zero stars if I could. Do not buy. It’s rubbish. And if you want to return, like me, as I was sent a used one, you’re given a Hong Kong or Chinese Address. I bought this from a U.K. seller. Not fair.

Sent out a faulty one to me. Opened my page up and wanted to try it out and string snapped straight away unbelievable emailed telling problem reply once it’s been used can’t refund have replied has come faulty so could not use as yet no reply very poor quality was looking forward to trying it out but obviously couldn’t don’t even deserve a 1 star.

Delivery is appalling, still waiting. I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known was coming from China. Probably not worth the money and wait when it finally arrives. No indication when ordered it was being shipped from China. UPDATE delivered today wrong colour to what ordered and definitely not worth £24.99

Received the disc, and really unhappy with it. It's not even branded with their company name - branded with 'Waist Twisting Disc'. Very cheap, it's clunky to use, not smooth and not even worth £10 let alone the original price of £49.99 (£24.99 is laughable). I see they don't accept returns for items in the sale, that's because they know their product is awful, they delete negative comments on Facebook too. I've found the actual Waist Twisting Disc on Temu - £3.64. They should be ashamed of themselves. Took forever to arrive from China, if I'd have known it wasn't coming from this country, I would have looked a little closer at the rubbish on Temu first.
