Absolutely brilliant CS.
Being elderly, deaf and virtually housebound I rely heavily on the internet. I have been with YouFibre for 2 years and cannot fault their customer service. A problem occurred (twice in in a couple of weeks in fact) and it was all sorted out both times extremely quickly by very polite and helpful engineers. After all said and done technology does break down occasionally but when you've got customer service like that it is something to be thankful for.

Only good when it works
Good when it works, but absolutely hopeless when it doesnât and unfortunately the issues are becoming far too common.
Been a customer for 5 years and likely leaving soon as there are major outages far too often (e.g currently about to hit 24hrs with no connection AGAIN!)
Support takes 30+ mins on hold all the time, chat all just errors so you can get support they way.. The issues get escalated nowhere, no contact back and then out the blue after an indiscriminate amount of time itâll be fixed.
Never known a service have so many outages in all my years.

So bad that it's laughable.
Moved home so ordered what appeared to be a good deal with Brsk. Had a few email exchanges but then the company merged with youfibre.
They have virtually instant pick ups on the customer care line of you select the option to join them. However, if you have a problem then they currently have a delightful little sinkhole where you wait on the phone for 12+ minutes (varies but this was the shortest wait time) before the phone line reads out an error message and cuts you off.
In short, they appear to be as proficient at customer services as fish are at cross country skiing. Total waste of 3 weeks trying to give them the opportunity to contact me and install.
The joke is they only needed to send a few items to get me up and running as there is already a Brsk box at the property.
Get them at your own peril.

A fantastic experience switching to YouFibre
A fantastic experience switching to YouFibre from a copper line. I was doubtful whether I could really get full fibre broadband at my old, higgledy piggledy address, but the engineer, Jonathan Collins, took the trouble to work out all the fairly complex wiring and made sure I was happy and understood everything he was doing. Impressive internet speed test at the end of the process. Couldn't be happier. A lovely, professional guy doing a difficult job to everyone's satisfaction.

Abysmal Serv ice from YouFibre
So far a abysmal servie from youfibre. I was with brsk until they swapped to youfibre.
I renewed my contract 20/03 which included increasing speed from 500mb to 1000mb along with keeping the phone optionI already had.
Here I am dispite 3 support tickets being sent via the youfibre website.
I am still on the 500mb. and no new on if my speed has increased and if a new box is being issued/sent.
I will be giving them until 27/03/26 to have sent me a box and explain the lack of communication. And then I will be termination my new 12 month upgrade and go elsewhere.
