My service went off on Sunday morning

My service went off on Sunday morning. After numerous phone calls and waiting I eventually was contacted by someone who knew what they were doing so on Tuesday lunchtime after 50 hours my internet was resumed. Not satisfactory for a disabled person who relies on the internet for medical equipment.
Thank god for Lucinda, who eventually sorted the problem.

Customer service

Terrible sing up to this company and they take the first payment straight away and I don’t get paid until the first of April and threatening to cut my services not the best experience can’t even get though on the phone to the billing team

Just been migrated to You fibre from


Just been migrated to You fibre from Brsk ,and may I say a terrible company nobody answers the phones, emails are ignored ,and the apps online chat is suspended because of high usage.
I pay by card they are trying to force me to pay Direct Debit also asking for a one off payment 50% higher than my bill should be ,now You Fibre are threatening broadband suspension until I make payment !
All this and I can't get through to anyone to sort it out.
The lack of actions by this company does not give you confidence for the future.
If you have a choice in your area for FTTP I wouldn't choose You fibre .

Very good internet and service


Lukeus talked me through the process of switching and arranging the £300 contribution to buying out our old contract. We now have very fast, reliable broadband for £20 less per month than Sky. Dane Moorhead did the installation and was happy to put the router where we wanted it (despite it being awkward) did a great job and cleared up after he finished. Only been a week or so but all seems great so far.

Re contract option

I contacted Youfibre about my contract coming to an end, the service adviser I reached is called Ashli, she was very helpful in getting me re contracted for another 12 months.
I hope to stay with them for many more years to come
