I would like to thank Boots Opticians in Eastbourne for their care, professionalism and patience over many years. The Optometrist takes such good care of my eyes and ensures I get any necessary treatment promptly at the appropriate centre.
The few problems I’ve had with new glasses have been quickly resolved.
I would like particularly to thank Keely for her patience and kindness in helping me and my husband select frames and making sure they’re fitted correctly.

I went to boots above street Southampton to get a eye test done.jo was really welcoming when I arrived and made sure I was all booked in and seen very quickly.once the test was done Jo helped me to sort out keeping my original frames but have new lenses put it.the whole process was easy and went smoothly and I received my glasses within a week of them being sent off.when I went back to collect Julie was helpful found my order quickly and also priced me up for sunglasses which I will purchase at a later date.both staff members were very welcoming and had brilliant customer service x

After an eye test in Boots Optician Norwich I chose new glasses and today picked them up. Loic helped me adjust them and was very helpful. I cannot fault the staff or service I received.

Yet again, Sam has provided an excellent service for me in Boots in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, by sorting my contact lenses pre cataract procedure.
Sam is efficient and reliable and always there to greet you with a reassuring smile.

The contact lens scheme is woefully lacking since your IT upgrade circa 9-mths ago. Pre your system upgrade, never had to call to ask where my contact lens are. Post system upgrade (after a 2wk delay in all lens being posted out) today is the 3rd time I’ve had to call in 9mths to ask where my lens are. Call handler could not understand that the posting date of lenses needed to revert to where it was previously. I now have to go to the opticians for the 3rd consecutive time to request free lenses as I will run out by the time my delivery comes. I’m going to have to cancel my scheme having been a customer for over 15yrs.

I was very well looked after. By the staff. Treated with respect and they was very helpful.
It had been many years since my last eye test.
So it was very reassuring that it was a fully extensive eye test & the service was very good.

My wife and I have been going into boots in Ayr with cousin who has recently had cataract surgery and required new glasses… from the first visit to getting his glasses we were all treated with such professionalism and respect from the whole department. We were so impressed with The service my wife and I went back and ordered new glasses for ourselves… Sharon was our assistant who assisted us with such professionalism to select the frames … and I must say her honesty and thoughtfulness in the selection of our frames was second to none … the three of us were very impressed with the care and assistance given and a massive thank you to everyone in the department … I nearly forgot to mention Aria who assisted my cousin who’s also in a wheel chair …. Thank you all for the best unpressured experience .. not like any of the others on the high street .

Had a thorough routine eye test today and had the most amazing experience with incredibly polite and helpful and friendly staff

From start to finish all were very professional and informative. Jason was very reassuring about a previous eye problem and put my mind at ease. Worth the visit for that alone.

Amazing service yesterday, noteworthy amazing!!

On arrival, Tutu immediately came to my aid and got me up and running with tests. I was late and she was gracious.

Harin, one of the Opticians, was spectacular. He explained everything in detail - not highbrow, so that I had absolute clarity about what each test meant. His knowledge and customer service were outstanding. He certainly knows his stuff and I believe genuinely enjoys his work. Thanks for your perseverance and reassurance. My sight is incredibly important to me and the service demonstrated by you yesterday underscores that you wholeheartedly believe sight to be important too, in that it's not just a job to you.

Georgia, thank you for your patience with the testing and fitting me for my new glasses. Your personable approach made what could have been a tedious experience enjoyable.

I visited today for my eye test and had an excellent experience at Boots in Falkirk High Street. Gemma and Karen were very welcoming and kind, and they made me feel truly valued from the moment I arrived especially Gemma, who was exceptionally warm and caring. The optometrist, Karan, was very professional, humble, and did an excellent job during my appointment. Thank you all for your outstanding care and friendly service—I truly appreciate it.

Boots opticians in Havant, absolute shambles! First visit, rude staff and didn't know how to put through an order for Bolle safety glasses. Second visit a week later after contacting Bolle, who told me the paperwork I had was correct in the first place, order was put through. 2 months later and 3 phone calls to the branch I am told the order actually wasn't put through!!! Will never use this place or boots opticians again!!!!!! Steer clear of using the Havant branch! If i could give 0 stars i would.

The staff at the Havant shop were excellent! They were helpful, professional and friendly. I was given good advice and guidance throughout my time there. The Optician made me feel comfortable and was calm and competent throughout the examination process.
The staff, Kaylee, Holly and Nicky F were a credit to Boots Opticians service at the Havant shop.

£20 and all done in half an hour.

Visited Boots Opticians in Epsom this week. Had a very thorough eye test, with lots of photos of the back of my eyes etc. Then saw Kajal the optician, she was lovely, explained the photos clearly. Spent time talking to me about the results. A really nice and friendly lady.
I would recommend her to anyone needing an eye test.

Never again at Cambridge Petty Curry. Crazy traffic on a Friday afternoon after school. I have an appointment at 16h20 but arrived at exactly 16h31, 1 minute too late for their 10min late policy. They offered to reschedule the appointment but I will definitely go spend money somewhere else!!!

Polite, friendly and efficient service. Thorough test and everything was explained to me carefully.

I've always found the staff at Bodmins Opticians friendly and helpful. On this visit I wanted new glasses from a prescription I already had from earlier. Lucy and another member of staff, helped me choose 2 pairs of frames that suited me. Lucy then explained the different lenses and costs. I choose transition lenses, which I collected today. Lucy checked they fitted me and altered where necessary. I am very happy with my glasses and the service I received
