Excellent service from Neil - Boots Opticians Leamington

I have been going to Boots Opticians, Leamington Spa, for 20+ years and the service has always been great

I want to particularly call out Neil on this occasion. This time he worked with Marianne (brilliant optician - always a smile and explains everything) for my contact lenses and addressed the measuring, ordering and fitting of my variafocal glasses.

This is the first time I can remember feeling comfortable with the fitting of a new pair of glasses ... Neil did not rush with any detail of the service.

Absolutely excellent - thanks Neil

Cassidy delivers grest service at Boots


Just wanted to mention Cassidy at Boots Opticians in New Milton. I popped in last week as one of the plastic nose pads on my glasses ( bought from Boots , Armani brand ), had fallen out. She kindly and quickly repaired them on the spot for me and there was no charge. She was very polite, helpful and efficient and a great credit to herself and her store. Thank you Cassidy for your great , friendly service.

A very kind and professional optician


A very kind and professional optician called David in the Lymington branch of Boots helped me when I thought my contact lens was still in my eye. He fitted me in between appointments and was very reassuring and took his time checking for me.

The waiting time was minimal; the staff were courteous and friendly; the optometrist was thorough and explained each procedure and there was a varied selection of frames.

Becky was very helpful

Becky was very helpful , friendly and made my mum feel at ease as she struggles with eyesight. My mum now wants to see Becky each time . James is also helpful and friendly when he was helping with my mums hearing test . Would definitely recommend boots interchange kempston

Booking an appointment couldn’t have


Booking an appointment couldn’t have been easier. I was met by very helpful and friendly staff, and went through all the testing with a very clear explanation what was being done and why. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, takes many attempts to get through on the phone. I was waiting for glasses and after 2 weeks called them (4 attempts) finally I was told 'oh yes they are here, don't know why you were not called'
This is on the back of dreadful service when I was in the shop. They really don't care

Went to Yardley Birmingham Boots Opticians

Went to Yardley, Birmingham, Boots Opticians and was seen by the Optometrist Sabrina for the second time. She advised me to see her after 6 months or before if my condition worsens. Sabrina is going to refer me to Dudley Road Hospital for laser treatment as my vision is quite blurred. She assured me that the appointment will be given by the next 4 months. She was quite friendly and helpful. Same goes for Jess and Rose, who were very pleasant and helpful.

No help available

Went into a Boots store at the end of June. My husband had an eye test and ordered a pair of glasses. When we went to collect the glasses the prescription was incorrect. This then got corrected after a wait. However still waiting for the advantage card points - the opticians state that I have to contact customer services and customer services states have to go to the store, No one wants to help.

Professional and personable eye test


Professional and personable eye test attended at Boots Opticians with Trainee Rafi on 3rd Sept. Very thorough and comprehensive with any questions raised, explained to me in detail. I felt both reassured and confident on completion and would highly recommend.
