If you had a negative star, that's what I would have given. Fruugo is a scam organization, my order is gone. Bought and paid on 25 June 2026, today is 17 August 2026. Fruugo (chatbot) just gave silly excuses and now there is no response. I am posting this experience on my facebook, with over 8200 followers and about 2 million viewers....Fruugo is a scam, no doubt. Shame on them...I see a few hundred complaints everywhere on internet. Reddit, Hellopeter and this platform, just on a quick scan. I have sent a complaint to dpo at fruugo dot com....let's see what happens, but I fear it will just not be answered either.

Good service but courier communication was an issue
The order process and speed of delivery were good. The only problem was the communication from the courier company…it was so similar to scam e-mails it ended up in junk. I had no indication it was genuine.
