Manoj was very helpful explaining the registration of warranty for my new Snooper S5100 My-Speed-Plus unit. He carried out the registration of my device for future update downloads once I had emailed my invoice. This is not a review of the device itself.

Prompt and efficient understanding of my predicament. Quick and effective response from Snooper, who understood and rectified my problem. A good result for me.

Snooper Support are always so Helpful. I have a Truckmate sat nav and at times over the years I have depended on them fixing a problem for me when I am out on the road.

Today I spoke with Manoj who gave me good advice and was patient and polite.

I bought a myspeed plus. Issues updating from my computer. Made contact with snooper, they sent me a video but the verbal instructions weren’t in English so not helpful. I sent the unit to snooper to update. First time using it today. On the A406 it showed the speed limit as 50MPH (it’s 40 and has been for years) for 2/3 miles. Came home on the m25 and it completely missed one camera. When using the dash cam the unit intermittently reboots. With the latest updates this is totally unacceptable, regret purchasing.

First class service from start to finish, everything was explained and I was kept up to date with the process and the returns procedure. A very happy customer.

Had to contact Snooper recently to report a corrupted SD card. Spoke with Bhairav Mane who was clearly understood the problem I was having with my My Speed XL device, advised of the purchase price of a replacement card, as well as the £15 refund on sending back the damaged card. Smooth transition for both arrival of new card as well as £15 refund to credit card. Excellent service.

Really great company to do business with, especially ALEX of whom put my mind at rest following my accidental payment for a service that i did not require for the product i bought,(SNOOPER MySpeed XL -PLUS(gen 2)) speed camera detector/speed limit warning device. He speedily sorted out my issue and all was sorted in a couple of days. After trying a couple of competitors products for the purpose of protecting my driving license as i travel a lot in my job, the SNOOPER is the only product that actually works by constantly monitoring your speed via GPS true speed, warning my of any overspeed both visually and audibly. It also indicates my direction of travel, the name of the road i am on, but the big plus is advanced voice warning of speed cameras of all types used on our roads with "free lifetime updates". There are also settings for the different vehicle types from car,motorhome/caravan,light commercial to HGV of which the unit will keep you withing the limits for each type of vehicle whatever road type you are on, giving total confidence that you are driving within the law, and there is no need for laser camera warnings if you follow the SNOOPERS instructions you will never be at risk of being caught speeding. HIGHLY RECOMENDED *****

I upgraded to new device after 6 years of using 8 series. In my personal opinion it’s best truck sat nav around, I like interface and using it is very easy and straightforward. Thumbs up to Manoj from customer service for help setting up new device

Having found that my very old Sapphire plus was out of date and no longer supported, I spoke to Manoj who was very helpful in finding a replacement camera detector. I purchased the Snooper My Speed XL. Had a problem with the camera download, but that was me, not the unit. A quick call to Snooper and they very quickly sorted it out for me. Thank you to Manoj and Alex, great service.

Great Customer Service from Manoj.
I had a problem with a missing SD Map Card upon opening my Ventura Plus SC5900 DVD SatNav from Amazon.
Manoj was able to quickly establish through the units S/N, that my model did not require a SD Card.
But after trying to update the unit, another problem became apparent - the update would not download. Again Manoj was able to help. He was sure that my anti-virus was halting the download. And he was totally correct. Once disabled for 1 minute, the download stated, and after that it was plain sailing.
As stated before, great customer service for a great product, by a great employee.

Bought a snooper-my speed-plus, and couldn't update the new maps. Alex from snooperneo.co.uk helped me out straight away. Registered my serial number, and sent me the links to upload the new updated software. Works brilliantly and its accurate. Chuffed to bits and would highly recommend.

I had problems updating my snooper xl plus with both the snooper speed cameras and speed limiter downloads. After contacting Snooper Customer Services they quickly unlocked all downloads on my snooper and thereafter all downloaded perfectly.
