Juste impossible à joindre vous parlez dans le vide avec leurs IA incompétente qui pose les mêmes questions en boucle. Sur WhatsApp pareille on sélectionne les mêmes options à l'infini. Quand quelqu'un répond enfin sur le chat pas de notification donc impossible de savoir et si vous ne répondez pas dans les 5min il clôture la conversation. Super !!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered an iron for my wife, and it arrived in its standard original packaging, which was crushed and had been opened. Does the company really lack the funds to package its products properly? Looking at the iron, I can't tell if it's new, refurbished, or used. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to send photos of everything—but what difference would that make? I do not recommend buying products from Philips.

Refurbished Produkt defekt
Es wurde ein refurbished Produkt (Kaffeepad-Maschine) verkauft, von dem man annehmen sollte, das es vorab getestet wurde. Schon das Einschalten bzw. der Probelauf mit Wasser hat nicht funktioniert. Lieferung mit DHL top. Rücksendung mit UPS??? Miserabel. Wer hat schon UPS in der Nähe? Erst nach über 1 Woche Bestätigung, dass Retoure angekommen ist. 1x und nie wieder refurbished.
