My only concern was that one item was listed as back ordered so I contacted Japebo for an estimated ship date and was advised that it would be within 3-5 days, which was correct.

I ordered the stuff, and it came as expected, although it took awhile. Two 8-pks of GN microphone guards, 8 changes - but one stick was missing the guard, so 7 changes - GN's fault, not Japebo's - but not worth seeking compensation.

Shipping was slow. I never received my purchase.
Shipping was slow, but I understand it was coming from Denmark. My real issue is that I never received my purchase. It is stuck at the Saint Louis Distribution Center. It has been there since June 1st. I know this isnât your fault and I have contacted the USPS, but I am very frustrated and concerned I may never receive my purchase. If that is the case, I donât feel I should make any more purchases through your company.
