I bought this bike for my girlfriend and it is overall a good women's ebike for 700. The 350w motor paired with the 36v battery is a decent combo and has decent power and cruising speed. I would have gave it 5 stars but when I finished assembling the bike I noticed that the rear brake cable was damaged and had a bad smashed spot on the line not to bad though probably from shipping. The rear disc brake was not the best of quality and required some adjustments but the front brakes are good. So overall I would say this ebike is pretty good and my girlfriend loves it. Thanks

Well packaged, came out of box in perfect condition. My boyfriend assembled in 30-40 min. Arrived in 7-10 days of purchase. Rides so smooth, extremely quiet. Love it !

I’ve only had this bike a week but it’s very fun, I really enjoy riding it. Being a first time e bike rider it took a little while to understand how it works. Sometimes the pedal assist seems very fast. The only suggestion I would have for this bike is better instructions for 1st time riders.

Journey Bikes have excellent choices. The customer service is excellent too. They assisted me very promptly multiple times during the assembly of the bike. It was my first time assembling a bike, so was nervous. I will be going back to them for my next bike for sure.

I received my bike on time, it was as advertised. The only issue I had was the basket hardware was missing. However once advised of this Journey Bikes sent me the missing parts within a few days. Customer service got back to me right away. As for the bike itself it rides great, is a solid put together bike. Very happy with it and this company

Manufacturer originally said bike would be available in April then changed until July journey was more than corporative with giving back my refund.

My wife and I started riding together several months ago, then during a trip back home with a strong headwind, she proclaimed she was done. After getting her new ebike, she's in love with riding and can't believe how much fun it is. Thank you Journey Bikes!

Excellent transaction. Great price, super quick shipping and a fast answer to a question I had. The X treme X cursion mountain bike is perfect to ride anywhere.

I am very happy with my new ebike. Bike arrived quickly and well boxed with no damage or issues. My only issue is that the included manual for assembling the bike there are no instructions for assembling the fenders or the bike rack. Otherwise I would have given five stars.

The bike was easy to put together. My wife likes it very much it rides great.

Easy to assemble and fun to ride. The seat is uncomfortable for me, but that's just a personal opinion.

Directions suck. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
