I bought 2 bikes for myself and my daughter and we couldn't be happier with them. They are so much more fun than I originally thought they would be. Journey Bikes contacted me because the ones I first ordered were out of stock and so I was able to upgrade to the higher motor. I received them 1 day earlier than they quoted.

Well i tried my e bike today for the first time and I am very happy with thw performance and speed.
I am a 4´11" and i can pedal without problem xtream trial elite 36v womans bike its graeat

Very pleased that I purchased my ebike from Journey Bikes!

The bike is great only bad thing the front tire was flat when we put it together. Had to get a new tube at the bicycle shop. Was not expecting that.

The bikes came fast but we have not put them together yet they are being shipped to Kauai so I cannot do a review on the bikes so stay tune .

We ordered two bikes for Christmas and they are a Blast! Loads of fun and we never gave to worry about riding long distances or hilly areas. We are very happy with the purchase.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. My E-Xtreme Catalina ebike is awesome.
I was kept up to date on the order status by email. It was delivered five days after I placed my order. Considering the pandemic that was great.
I had it professionally assembled. The total price I paid Journey and assembly was no where near the cost of e-bikes in a shop.

Bike arrived safely and on time. Excellent customer service. Email were responded the same day, problem was taken care of right away. Very impressive.

I bought 2 e-bikes from Journey Bikes and because of the corona pandemic the shipment was delayed. Journey Bikes did a excellent job keeping me in the loop until my bikes arrived. Upon receipt of the bikes, a few issues surfaced during the assembly of the bikes. They immediately jumped on my concerns and worked with the manufacturer to send me replacement parts. Again, they kept me posted and were involved every step of the way. The blue Laguna and pink Catalina beach cruisers I bought are beautiful and are very, very well made. Journey Bikes stands behind their product and I highly recommend them for your purchase of a e-bike.

If you’re looking for a bike this company has it all! Journey Bikes processed my Natko Classic ebike order, kept me informed, and offered great prices! Wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again.

The bike is awesome. I use it to go to work, home and other places. The bike works in the rain make sure to cover the battery plug with tape or with something.

Great prices. Good communication. Great Ecotric Peace Dove Ebike. It’s better and less expensive than other comparable Ebikes.

Everything that has been said about this company is true! Their website is deceitful and they don’t stand behind what is on the site.
I would definitely suggest going elsewhere to purchase an e-bike.
