I had an issue with outgoing emails at lunchtime on a Friday ( nightmare). Sent email query to LetsHost and got reply and clear solution the next day! Problem solved. Very happy with the service received.

It is a big mistake to take service from this terrible domain & hosting provider. I can never reach support by phone, if there is a problem, they say open a ticket and you cannot get an answer for days. The worst hosting & domain provider I have ever seen. I never recommend it.

I received first-rate assistance from Eamon in sorting out a few technical difficulties. He couldn't have been more helpful. I have found that LetsHost are always prompt in responding with queries. Can certainly recommend.

Was not happy with the overall service from Letshost. Hidden charges when asking to have a backup run that states was included in the hosting service ("3 backups daily" - means you can have them put pay for them to be executed). Essentially a €60 euro charge to press a button on Acronis. Designed for people who don't know better. Button hidden away from people who do understand. Charging for SSL. Comes standard with any other hosting company that is not Irish. Charging to have DNS records amended even though it's an issue on Letshost that stopping you from doing it yourself. The list goes on. Spent an entire night questioning why DNS record changes couldn't be recognised to be told that replying to a ticket puts it back to the end of the queue because of the ordering setting after a response. Told there was an issue and had to be done by the team - not one notification or alert to say this. No response to urgently marked ticket overnight. Delighted to see the back of this company. Try harder.

I didn't have a good experience with them when I purchased a DNS through them. Very bad customer service and you can't even get them on the phone. They take at least 2 days responding to emails and I'm trying to resolve an issue a week now that they aren't resolving.
I transferred my fully functioning website to Let's Host.ie from another country in Jan 2025 and they completely messed up the transfer.
They did not put a holding page on my website, which they said they would, and was one of the pre-transfer questions, and they went live with data that was 5 days old and missing orders placed during the 5 days, plus the end of year stocktake update.
When this was pointed out to them, they asked me to update the mistake, by manually entering the data! Is this a joke?
It took them around 5 days to add the 5 days of missing orders data. During which time my site was down! – lost business
The Website looked OK, but WP was still running slow, abysmally slow (refresh times - >WP was 6 seconds per page, and even timed out in some cases compared to never noticed the speed on the previous server)
They asked me to contact my developer which I did and spent 220e getting some fixes done, pictures too large and a few broken links.
Although, it must be noted that we did not have any refresh times issues when hosted in Europe.
Nonetheless, WP was still impossible to use, it could take up to 10sec just to open an invoice.
Lets Host then told me I needed a cache plugin (again, this was not required previously), at a cost of a further 60e a year! That did speed up the website, but WP still is impossible to use on a daily basis for routine updates and functionality, such as printing invoices, adding new products, uploading media, and so on.
I put yet another ticket in
In summary, I've moved my website to a more expensive hosting service to be in my local country, and now have spent even more than their yearly flat rate trying to fix an issue which was 100% ok before I moved.
At this point I have lost business as I cannot put up new items that customers are waiting for. It takes 2 to 4 hours for per item - and you are driven insane waiting for a screen to open and refresh. I have lost patience and business at this point.
I also had to pay a further 159 Euro for a SSl cert where it is a fraction of the cost elsewhere, actually free with my previous host. Let's Host offered 2 months free web hosting, which, at this stage I query what use it is since that would mean in my mind 2 more months of frustration and non-functionality, not to mention zero compensation for the hours I have spent on the phone to support and sitting at a pc waiting for a refresh.
They have since put me on a new server which has resolved the WP issue, but paying top rates to a web hosting service for this kind of service to my mind is crazy, and after all this they offered my 2 months free hosting!!!! About 30e worth.
Giving 2 stars at least they fixed it.
I was having an issue with my bank card and contacted lets host. Eamon was such a gem he handled my issue and got it resolved for me.
I found him particularly helpful and interested to get my issue resolved as quickly as possible.
There is no professional approccing. They don't reply to tickets. I never recommend it.

Tried to transfer a 15yo domain to them. After filling all the required information about domain, myself and the company and giving the transfer code, I got a message to contact support. While I was writing the ticket my domain appeared marked as "Fraud" (a 15yo domain?). No response given from support and my account is marked as deleted.
Are they on business or just a fake site to collect user data? Would it be legal based on EU laws to store it? Hope they won't collect and resell... Stay away and don't lose time with them.
UPDATE #1: after various emails with Support I was able to transfer a domain. Then I tried to transfer a different domain and this was flagged again as "Fraud" and account "Closed". After 8 emails, 6 days and havign sent my ID card, they finally restored account and sent invoice. Too late the domain was already trasferred with another company. Don't lose time with this nightmare company!
