Chef Clara made really nice food and her training is also helpful.

I had a very positive experience with Aya. From the beginning, she took the time to properly understand my requirements and, importantly, listened carefully to my concerns and what I was looking for in a maid.

Aya was professional, patient and responsive throughout the process. She made a genuine effort to ensure that the right match was found rather than simply placing someone quickly. I really appreciated her attention to detail and her commitment to finding a maid who suited our household and specific requirements.

Ultimately, Aya ensured that we found someone who was the right fit for us, and I am very grateful for her support throughout the process.

I was not able to find the right candidate until I met with the advisor Ms. Marwa.
She took my requirements and shortlisted the candidates based on that, I was able to find and hire the nany after the first meeting.

This review is for training on the flexible package. They sent us Senaii who was very helpful and knowledgeable on child care and trained our nanny. Although MaidCC whatsapp onboarding was very frustrating and difficult, once in the system the free training is very helpful to determine if the chosen nanny can do the job. It would be much more beneficial if they did training in advance vs after you find a nanny.

Maids.cc is an absolute nightmare. Their nanny/maids are extremely underqualified and underpaid. They charge customers 5K but frequently pay their Nannie’s less than 2K. You deal mostly with an AI agent on WhatsApp you can’t call and it’s very hard to get to a human. Every interaction with them has been stressful, for example blocked one nanny with AI agent to find out no she’s not available. They also lie about the nanny’s skills and then when you try to book free training, they randomly cancel it without telling you. This is just not a good company.

Arlene is the best trainer I have dealt with, my daughter loves her. She is hardworking and on time. She loves her job and is very passionate about it.

We had Chef Clara in our home to help give further cooking training to our home assistant Abby.
She delivered a great training and her food was delicious.
And thanks to her training we will be able to keep tasting the delicious plates she teaches our maid.

Chef Clara helped our househelp to understand baking and using oven for grills and she was really helpful.

I had Chef clara over to train the househelper on some dishes and she was really good. Not only she is punctual , respectful and good listener but also she understands the needs and taste of her client and adapt her method to appeal to whats needed . She trained my housemaid on one moroccan tajine and 2 italian meals and they were good . Just finished eating while writing this review. She made sure the housemaid took notes and understood the training. I highly recommand chef clara

Very poor experience – I would like to give 0 stars if that were possible !

My Maid's application process has now been ongoing for almost four months and you know what, as of today, the visa has still not been renewed.

This is not simply an inconvenience or a minor delay. When dealing with visas and immigration matters, these delays can put both the employer and the prospective employee in a very difficult situation.

Unfortunately, this is exactly what has happened in my case. Despite countless follow-ups and hours spent communicating with Maids.cc, the situation remains unresolved.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to think very carefully before using this company, as you could find yourself in the same situation with your employee or prospective employee.

We had hired our first helper with maids cc, which didn't work out, to which they promptly responded with an appropriate replacement. And to ensure a good fit, trainer Arlene spent 8 days of in depth training which resulted in our helper doing an amazing job. I highly recommend their services, especially their training support.

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING MAIDS.CC

For everyone who read my review yesterday about my experience with Maids.cc, I want to share how the story ended.

Yesterday, after a serious conflict, the cleaner left my house before the job was completed. I had specifically booked the cleaning because I had an event planned for today. I waited for the promised replacement yesterday, but nobody came, and in the end I had to cancel my event.

Today, Maids.cc finally sent a replacement cleaner. She arrived at 10:55 AM. At around 4:20 PM, she told me she was finished.

I live in a two-floor townhouse. When I checked, the house had been cleaned, but many things were still unfinished or not put back properly — carpets, chairs, kitchen items, tables, etc. I understood that she was new to my home and didn’t know where everything belonged, so I said, “Okay, let’s finish it together.”

I started helping her myself — moving things, arranging the kitchen, putting things back, and explaining where everything should go.

Then she told me: “Madam, my five hours are finished.”

I was confused because I PAID FOR SIX HOURS.

I checked my booking again. Six hours. Paid.

On top of that, after yesterday’s situation, management had promised me two complimentary hours.

The cleaner showed me her phone, and according to the information she had received from management, she had been assigned to my house for only five hours.

I immediately contacted Maids.cc and sent them a screenshot showing that I had paid for six hours. Their response? They told me that the cleaner had worked six hours.

NO. SHE DID NOT. I WAS THERE. THIS HAPPENED INSIDE MY OWN HOME.

After finishing what she understood to be her five-hour shift, the cleaner went outside to wait for her pickup. I saw her sitting outside in the Dubai heat and asked her to please come back inside and wait. I offered her drinks while I continued cleaning my own house — vacuuming, finishing the kitchen, arranging the table, putting water and other things back where they belonged.

I am not blaming the cleaner for the scheduling issue. She showed me what was on her phone and followed the hours she had apparently been given.

My issue is with the management.

Please stop telling a customer who was physically present in her own home that something happened differently.

I paid for six hours.
The cleaner was told five hours.
I have still not received the service I paid for.
And the promised compensation has not resolved the situation.

And please understand something: I WORK FOR EVERY DIRHAM I EARN, JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. When I pay for six hours of service, I expect six hours of service.

What has frustrated me even more is the communication. I kept receiving variations of the same responses: “We are really sorry,” “We understand your concern,” “We apologize for your experience.”

But repeating apologies is not the same as actually fixing the problem.

IMPORTANT FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING MAIDS.CC: PLEASE DO NOT RELY ONLY ON THE GOOGLE RATING. CHECK TRUSTPILOT AS WELL AND READ THE REVIEWS THERE BEFORE YOU BOOK.

I wish I had done that before.

I am now posting my experience on the relevant review platforms because customers should be able to see different sources of feedback and make their own informed decision.

I gave this company multiple chances because I genuinely wanted to find one reliable cleaning company that I could continue using regularly. I wasn’t looking for conflict. I simply wanted to pay for a service, receive what I paid for, and be treated fairly when something went wrong.

After two days of this, I would genuinely like to know: What are my rights as a customer, and where can I formally complain when I paid for a service that I believe was not fully provided?
