We just started working with Maid.CC and the level of professionalism and quick respond is very admirable, we have tried to ladies from their company with no luck and when we complained the manager Lor came herself with 3 ladies to our home to help us and find the right helper for us, I can't speak enough of Lor and the team at maid.cc. I would like to thank everyone especially Lor & Kev for their understanding and continued support

I’m writing this with deep frustration. MaidsCC was my last hope for finding reliable, qualified nannies, yet in just three months, I had to replace six of them. The constant turnover, lack of professionalism, and poor screening have made this experience extremely stressful for my family.

Here’s a brief summary of what happened:

1. Safety breach from the first nanny.
She took my 2-year-old to the mall without permission, didn’t inform me, bought him McDonalds, and then told me she’s “not a child” to give updates. Completely unacceptable.

2. The second nanny refused to sleep in the kids’ room.
A simple mismatch that should have been clarified by the agency.

3. The third nanny said she can’t take care of my 2-year-old—on day one.
This should have been screened long before she was placed with us.

4. The fourth nanny didn’t want to stay in Abu Dhabi because her friends are in Dubai.
A clear lack of commitment and poor vetting.

5. The fifth nanny refused to communicate at all.
Even after offering her a higher salary and her own visa, nothing improved. Once informed her contract wouldn’t be renewed, she stopped eating completely, creating an uncomfortable environment in my own home.

On top of all this, every replacement happened mid-week while I was at work, leaving me scrambling and forcing sudden transitions on my children. This instability has had a significant negative impact on both of them, especially my toddler who needs consistency.

It truly felt like most of the nannies were looking to get paid without actually doing the job. I hope MaidsCC seriously improves their screening, training, and support for both families and candidates. No parent should have to go through this level of disruption and stress when trusting an agency with their children’s care.

I had a lot of issues with the different untrained Nannie’s Maid cc was sending me , finally LOR got me the right person and helped us to keep piur contract with the company

She’s also proactive in providing recommendations, quick and takes actions immediately & above all really cares about ensuring the customer gets what they need. She’s truly made a difference in finding a good match.

Thank you to Mulushet Wolede for the cooking training. Our nanny has improved considerably with cooking thanks to the chef training services provided by Maid CC and Mulushet. She knows literally every recipe - including Arabic recipes under the sun. Very efficient and impressive. Response time is immediate.

I’m happy with my experience that at the beginning I thought will be a chaos. Sally the maids manager help us to find the right maid for our house and that was amazing! Also both of the maids that were at home were super actives and respectful!

Chef Clara is amazing. She supervised our maid to cook a traditional English roast dinner. We love it! Thank you !

Extremely bad and considering ending the service after November.
Lot of details that this box is not enough to write them all. But in words, non- trusworthy, unprofessional, not honest, manipulators and low skills and commitment to customers.
Their maids decide to leave anytime they feel to. They pack their bags and they say they are going. When we reach out to the customer care, nothing is being done, just apologies over the chat without action and without trying to solve the problem and asking them to stay. This is leaving us without any nanny, ruining our plans and putting us under pressure to find someone fast as we have work and jobs to go to and we have kids at home.
One maid who came before, was not paid her last month salary. This is demotivating to anyone. She asked them about it and they told her it will be paid after 2 days. However, until now it is not paid. I reached out to them today at 2:15pm and they rudely implied that this is not concern and she needs to address it again to them. The maid is in my house and anyone can know how demotivating it is to work while you are not given your last month’s salary.
The only professional person in the customer care was Cynthia. Maybe they should use her to train other employees and managers on how to communicate better.

I have been maids cc client for 9years
And had to change many times the nanny or the housekeeper for different reasons.

I really want to thank Lor for her help each time she works hard and from her heart to find the suitable housekeeper to our family.
She is an honest, hard working and genuine person. I only feel comfortable to work with her.
If anyone needs help to find a nanny with maids cc, Lor is the right person to help you.

Although I’m very much unhappy with maid cc in total as a long term client but Zeinab made it soft and smooth with her visit and smiling face and kindness talking to girls and friendly conversation with them so everything went well after that.
