First time ever dealing with Poc directly and I’d say don’t, if you don’t want an item they tell you to refuse it, now my package is stuck at ups with nobody at Poc accepting the package and Ups have tried 6 to 7 times! Also have to submit a new contact every time I email or I don’t get another response, so now I’m £160 quid out of pocket and no item either

Pro: Fast feedback on customer questions, fast delivery (at least to Germany).
Con: Attention: customers must pay return freight to Netherlands, with resulting high costs!
So only buy if you are 100% sure that you don’t need to send it back.

I had some issues with googles due to a mishandling on my side and the customer service was awesome. They helped me and even send me a compensation. Best snow wear brand there is

I damaged my foam pads for Tectal Race Spin and they send me a new one after just two days - and for free. Very high service rate🤩

POC offers incredible customer products and customer service. So I lost the right ear protector on my POC Obex SPIN rendering the helmet useless for winter activities. I asked POC if these items could be replaced, and while the plastic protector may not be replaceable, they ordered and replaced the right and added an additional left ear protector - in case it gets lost. Again, thank you so much! I highly recommend POC.

Ordered a chest protector over a week ago and payed $20 for expedited shipping because I needed it for collegiate nationals downhill race. Called a week after I ordered and they told me it hasn’t left the warehouse and that the quickest way I could get it was to cancel the order and re order it. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand all bicycle related companies are super busy right now but there is no excuse for just ducking up my order and not sending it out even after a week and a half.

Had a problem with the helmet that I had ordered, but it was resolved in a very quick manner.
Surprisingly good customer service.

j' ai acheté un casque jaune fluo il y a 1 an ... le casque est blanc maintenant !!! complétement décoloré ; j' ai roulé dans le nord de la FRANCE avec un été pluvieux , le produit et les excuses de POC sont NULLES et tout ca pour 200 euros le casque !!!!

I have used POC helmets for over 8yrs now. I have had two serious crashes and I have to say these really protect your head. My father just had a fall and hit his head quite hard, the helmet did its job wonderfully. Damage to the helmet looks severe (foam inside is all compressed and helmet cracked where it should). My father said he didn't feel any hard impact to the head. Thank-you POC!

Design-looks good hence my Son wanting one for his Birthday,
Fit-Comfortable but tensioning band would not reduce sufficiently for it for it to be a stable fit. We have had to return the Large size and re-order a Medium which arrived today. The Medium is too tight and puts pressure to the side of his head. So I have now spent £440 on two helmets and neither fit, because we ordered from POC direct I had to return the first helmet to The Netherlands on 25/06/21 at a cost of £27.50 and I have still not received a refund for the first helmet and it looks like sending the second helmet back is going to cost another £27.50. So if you are in the UK somehow make sure the helmet you order will fit.
We are a biking family and have ordered Bell, Fox, Troy Lee helmets in the past with no issues, the kids are now into Road Bikes hence our trying POC, We have ordered numerous parts/supplies and clothing for biking and have never had issues with sizing or returns like this, I very rarely give bad reviews but at the moment I am absolutely fuming and my youngest son still hasn't got his Birthday present.

Purchased a helmet from the poc website. It arrived with the outer shell peeling away (and the wrong color). I reached out to their customer service department. It took 50 days to get a half hearted response from them.
Problem was never resolved.

I purchased a pair of cycling bibs on November 16, 2020 that were delivered defective. I reached out to POC multiple times and finally received a response on February 10, 2021 stating that they will replace them under warranty, but were currently out and would receive their new shipment in middle/late March 2021. At that point, they would ship to me. So I sent the defective item back and here we are in the middle of June and no response from the vendor and no replacement product. Every time I call nobody answers, returns calls, or returns emails. So currently, I am out the money and out the item since I already sent it back under warranty. For how much money I have spent on POC products, this is quite a shame.

Nobody ever returns emails, returns voicemails, nor answers the phone (i've lost count on how many times i've called). Customer service is non-existent. Love their helmets but i refuse to purchase anything directly from them and debating whether or not i should buy any POC products just due to the fact you can never get ahold of anybody.

I bought helmets and tried to return from UK to Netherlands address supplied by POC. DHL advised consignee has refused the parcel and I need to pay £160 to have goods released from customs back to me. None of this mentioned on their website. Wish I never bought direct from them. Absolute shambles.

Had a few minor issues but resolved perfectly by the customer service department. Quick in response and an impressive level of customer service.

Recommendation both on their products and their service.

My first POC product was the new Axion Spin helmet. I've used it a lot and the interior (pad) was starting to come apart.
I mailed POC to ask if spare pads were available for purchase. Not as a complaint, as I expect pads to wear out after heavy use.
POC sent me a new set, free of charge, even though they didn't have to.
Excellent customer service!

If I could rate this a -5 I would. I received a helmet that was too small for my son. I filled out the return in the return portal. I did not receive any kind of shipment label or email. So I emailed them again and again. Then I called about 15 separate times. I still have not been able to return my item.

So bad! Customer service sucks! They gave me a crash replacement discount code which I was very appreciative when I got it but told them wasn’t ready to buy yet and they said when I’m ready just incase the code didn’t work they’ll provide me a new one just email them, they said. I sent out 10 emails they never got back at
me.

Bought a helmet from POC and had to return it because it was too small. The return was so complicated and customer service is terrible.

Purchase knee and elbow pads from them back at the start of September, the elbow pads were too tight so I returned them via tracked parcel with a few days and purchased a larger size the same day. The pads are really good and comfortable. I've no problem their products they are really good I've also a spin helmet which is super confirm.

However, it's nearly two months later and three customer suppprt requests in and I still haven't been refunded for the returned item.

Was told a month ago the returns team had received the item, now they have to check if it's been restocked? Whatever that means.
