My whole experience with POC had been great. Had purchased several of their helmet for road, mtb and snowboarding. My last purchase was a Tectal Spin. After the third ride within the first 2 weeks, the spin pad fell apart. Emailed customer service and due to covid-19, their response time was slow as stated on their website. 2 weeks later I get a response. They go through their spiel how they are sorry and would like more info, pictures and proof of purchase. I respond immediately with info and 2 weeks go by. They respond saying my claim is still open and need the info they requested. Again I respond promptly now a month goes by without a response from POC. I email them requesting a status update and get a response a week later they are having delays. I could keep going but I'll spare you. It has been 7 months with no replacement spin pads. Still emailing back and forth with long delays in between. And lastly, according to POC, my home address is WRONG because Fedex keeps returning the shipment to the warehouse. I will not support a company that does not care about its customers and will sell off what I have.

I took the time to try on helmets at the store before buying online. The helmet fit my head, but the ear straps were not the correct size. I had to ship this product back at my own cost ($20).

So now I’ve spent $20 just to try on a helmet, will not be getting more of my business.

The worst customerservice and price guarantee there is. Was supposed to check out items on sale but they will pop right up to regular price and usually unavailable as well, all of them. Asked customerservice and it took over a week to get an answer which was somenone had forgotten to update the sales-dept. Totally unprofessional. I like their stuff but would never again ordee from their own website.

I had to wait over 4 weeks to get a 140 € refund.

On Aug 18th I purchased two items on sale (Tectal Helmet and Essential Shirt).

I returned the helmet since the colour was not what I expected (babyblue instead of a nice turquise).

The return process seemed to be easy until I found out that I have to send the helmet on my own cost (15,99 Euro with DHL from GER to their warehouse in NL).

The parcel was successfully delivered on Aug 25th but POC has no notification or communication system at all. I finally got my refund today (Sep 24th) after I sent a second request what's going on.

I recommend to only buy at the official POC online shop if you're 100% sure about what to get (size, color, fit etc.).

Bought AVIP Gloves Long (Orange), within two wearings the stitching around the thumb-palm area became undone, submitted through the warranty form online and also sent email with same information. Called 5 times to the warranty department, no answer, left 4 voicemails, with contact information, not one single response from POC, email or return call. It has been over two weeks. I rate the warranty department as a “1 minus out of 5 stars” - I will never buy from POC again, BTW their gloves do have a quality control issue, this is not the first time stitching has come undone after a few wearings. POC must revisit its procurement quality control and manufacturing quality control.

Great quality products, fast shipping. Achieves the almost impossible task of making helmets look sexy

I bought a POC Tectal helmet. I am size 59 so XL was the recommended size. I am sorry I bought it in a web shop, so I could not try it on. It turns out to be a lid of massive proportions, which makes me look like a stupid mushroom. It is well made and probably almost bullet proof, but the look is horrible. I send it back. I will not buy any more of those silly mastodont lids.

i sent POC a request for a warranty exchange. Unfortunately they decided that my my issue was not covered.

First and foremost I love POC equipment. I have a ventral spin helmet. As well as 3 avip bibs and jersey. I’m not sure why this issue happened. Is there anything POC can do??

Thank you for your patience with us as our warranty inquiries have been rapidly coming in. After reviewing your pictures it looks like your bib shorts have created the hole from excessive friction on that area or something being caught on it. Our warranties will cover manufacturer defects within a year of purchase and unfortunately this does not fall under a manufacturer defect and will not fall under a warranty claim.
I explained i own 3 pairs of the same bibs and nothing happen to the other pairs. So obviously there is some kind of manufactures defect on this one pair..

Great products but worse customer service, It should not matter if the POC headquarters is stationed overseas. POC need restructure there customer service to include responding to and phone calls. I purchased a MTB helmet and had a problem with the gel spin insert. I submitted multiple emails and left several phone messages and had no response and it’s been more than a month.

I submitted an order for 600.00 worth of gear. They didn't send the items or reply to my inquiries for almost a month and when I was about to chargeback they called me and let me know there was a mistake with my order and they were sending everything now. They sent me 2 sets of gear and asked me to mail one of them back and forgot an item. When I asked what the deal with that was they told me they were sold out of that piece 5 days in front of DH season starting. Honestly, total d-move and horrible customer service. I will never shop at POC again and I recommend you avoid this place if you're looking for any kind of reasonable customer service. They do not answer their phones or respond to your emails even when they totally messed up on their side.

About two/three years ago, I bought a POC essential bibshort. Unfortunately after a fiew rides the bib turned very bad : it tore at the contact zone with the saddle, the flocking went away, the stitching began to detach...
In July, I went to see POC on their booth of the Etape du Tour at Annecy. I just told the salesman that I had been very disappointed with the quality. I had absolutely no preconceived idea when visiting them. Just to let them know. The salesman told me to bring him the bib, which I had by chance brought with me. He took pictures of the bib, recognized that at the beginning of the production of the cycling gear they had some quality issues, and told me that I would receive a new one. I was very surprised by this very good news. A few days after, I received a brand new bib as promised.
I really wanted to make a comment on that, first to thank POC for this excellent customer service, and also to let it know.
A good customer service has more value and return on investment than any advert! Congratulations POC for having understood this.

Great products, and great website. I have ordered 3 times, and it is fast, and I got outstanding service, when I mailed with a question.
