Problems that I was experiencing a year and a half ago was solved temporarily by you for this faulty product that I have been sold. The brain inside of the hub, pedal support and the battery have been replaced.

The issue now is, pedal support doesn't work at all so I won't be able to use the bike, again. Plus the battery is dead too, again.

From now on I do expect to be offered a permanent solution otherwise I will be seeking legal advice to see my options for being treated unfairly from your company.

The bike itself is great. The customer service in Europe is now zero, even for a bike that's still under warranty. They claim that their customers will still receive support and will not be left high and dry, but it's just not true. No answers to repeated emails, no replacement of faulty parts. Nothing. Very, very disappointed customer!

the bike is ok (heavy and difficult to turn, but so much cheaper than the competition you can overlook that) but the customer services is AWFUL. you either get 0 responses for 2 weeks or 4 different agents all email you on the same day. responses are inadequate and every time you email you open a brand new ticket and have to go through the entire rigmarole with a brand new person. i've been waiting for an accessories refund for 3 months. i would say - avoid.

I bought a Rad runner 2 which is my first ebike so I can't compare it to anything else but I am glad I did.
The price was just over £800 delivered which is great and the bike is a solid well built bike which after watching the instruction online to build and set the bike up was quiet easy. After using it for a few weeks now it rides well after getting used to the weight and I have had a few people asking me about it and saying it looks good.

Mein Radrhino Plus kam mit einem Lackabplatzer, der mir mit Erstattung der Lieferkosten erträglich gemacht wurde. Beim jetzigen Zusammenbau ist mir am Hinterrad ein eingedellter (auf 10cm um 1cm nach innen gerutscht) Zierstreifen aufgefallen. Wenn sich das Rad dreht sieht es aus, als würde der Reifen eiern, oder einen Schlag haben. Hätte gern Bild oder Video eingestellt. Der Kundenservice bot mir nun an, für 80€ einen neuen Reifen zu bestellen. Das finde ich mehr als Frech, wo meiner einen offensichtlichen Mangel aufweist!

Very happy with my e-bike it was delivered very quickly to my home in Scotland been out and about on it I am 67 years old and really enjoying it once I got used to it only thing I don’t like it the bell that is fitted to the bike people struggle to hear it when I am approaching them but not to much of a deal will have to fit another one

What a bunch of cowards! They advertise a sale of their bikes but fail to say that the company is pulling out of Europe altogether. The email addresses no longer work and the website has been closed - and to Hell with their customers. American commerce at its very worst.

Absolutely brilliant, high quality bike
Wish I had bought one years ago. It takes the effort out of steep hills make riding in hill area's a pleasure.

Great product, very happy with the bike. Would have been nice to receive tracking detail before the bike was delivered rather than a day afterwards but all good in the end. Hope it is reliable and long lasting, time will tell.

The bike is very robust and easy to assemble. The upright riding position and step through frame makes it confidence inspiring, comfortable and stable to ride and with the possible low saddle position, easy to get on and off of. You wouldn't want to carry it far but the walk mode works well, so you don't have to. It's no mountain goat but perfect for urban roads and at home on park or trail paths. Very good value but it doesn't look or feel like a budget product. Delivery and customer contact, all you would expect. Happy I bought it.

The e bike was 90per cent ready so it was easy to assemble although I did use a qualified bike mechanic

The bike is very sturdy and comfortable to ride. A Yule rear child’s seat was also easy to fit and my grandson has had as much pleasure in riding on it as I have

I bought the Rad expand 5 for my wife as she lost her confidence on the mountain bike ebike I bought for her.This suits her so much better with a low centre of gravity and there is nothing I don't like about it even though it was a third of the price of the other one. Assembly video was great and there were no issues. Got the display upgrade and glad I did. Also got the bargain Tannus armour puncture protection kit and that was easy to fit too. Not everything arrived at the same time but that's fine. It goes great and stops well. Bargain.

Ordered bike it turned up promptly I didn’t build it for 10 days as went on holiday unfortunately once it was built and charged the lights and display worked but not the motor either from the throttle or pedal assist double checked all connections but still no good I contacted tech support through email on 25 September which stated they take 72 hours to reply after 4 days no reply so tried other means of contacting on Facebook and email to get a reply once I said I was contacting my credit card company the reply was that I was in a queue and they will get to me however I am still waiting

After reading plenty reviews and watching lots of video I decided the RadRhino 6 plus was the bike for me, as I have mobility issues the step through was my choice. The bike was actually being sold at a sale price due to Radpower closing its European operation at the end of the year "spares are still operating as normal and not affected" the ordering process was straightforward with radpower keeping me informed of every step. Delivery to Scotland was only a matter of days and again I was kept fully informed by the delivery company "TNT", assembly was easy and in no time I was enjoying my new purchase. I also want to mention that unknown to myself in the time of my purchase and delivery Radpower had again reduced the price of the bike by another £200 so it was a surprise to myself when I recieved an email explaining this and that they were crediting my purchase and a refund was sent immediately:) super honest service now bringing this high quality bike to £999, I had no hesitation in buying another two bikes one for my wife and a spare 🙂. I have now rides around 200 miles with only one small issue " digital spedo display fault" one email later to customer service and a new part was promptly dispatched.

Reduced price of Radrhino6+ seemed to beat anything vaguely comparable by a significant margin. The bike was delivered within the 10 days as stated on the website at the time of order. This is my first ebike and it's by far surpassed my expectations.The bike itself is brilliant I've covered 120 miles much if which is very steep terrain around my home in Scotland PAS works a treat. I'm 194cm tall and weigh 98 kilos and even on challenging rides get around 30 miles of range with PAS constantly on. I haven't taken it for a more leisurely flat ride yet but expect range will be improved on the flat. I think the bike is fantastic, it's very big and heavy which I expected. Only drawback is it's a hardtail so I've invested in a suspension seat post to save my back and posterior. Assembly was a doddle, took around an hour, the assembly video is really good. Bike gets lots of admiring comments, feels really robust and well made, I'm delighted with it. Shame RAD are pulling out of Europe but they have promised to maintain the warranty and spare parts service. Hopefully RAD will return in time.

The bike, I love it yet I know this is down to taste and circumstances - the customer service though... absolutely fantastic.

Response times, explanations, actions taken, advice given. On all the metrics, the customer service levels were top tier.

I am a complainer when things go wrong but at the same time, I am a praiser when things go right.

Wow wish I had got this bike earlier. I’m an older women with many aches and pains in knees. This bike has made my life so much better. I ride to work and back everyday and even ride to my physio appointment.😂😂. It’s just a same they stopping delivering to England as I would eventually buy one for my partner.
