After a very long research to find something that would match my needs and budget without compromising quality , service and long term support I found all that I was looking for in the Rad brand. The delivery was like a flash despite website advise of 15 workings days, so extremely happily surprised it arrived in 6!! The whole experience from purchase to put it all together (I also bought a number of accessories) was very much stress free for me and I am really enjoying my Rad Runner!

I bought this as a present for my 21yr old son and he is made up with it , what a great company and product , the spare parts and accessories tell you that it’s a decent brand

I will likely be back to equip my daily ride with a set.

I bought a Radrhino6 early in November and love it. Delivery was very quick, and the detailed instruction videos on assembly made it easy to put together. So far, no problems at all and its 100% met my expectations. Only one surprise was that the Radpower mobile phone mount was not compatible with my model, but the workaround is to get an extender for the handlebars and that all seems very straightforward. Thanks also to Rad for the credit on my account due to the price drop.

Bought a bike and it was too big for my shed so i sent it back to get a smaller one, they arranged a collection and picked it up. No refund after a long time so I contacted them just to be told the courier somehow lost it (not sure how you loose a bike?!?!). 1 month later still no refund. They shout at me on the phone, hang up on me, swear at me, and thats only when i manage to get through to them and they dont ignore me. They lie about absolutely everything. Im now having to go to the bank and police to get my money back. TOTAL SCAM COMAPNY

I'm late 40's, been riding a Dutch style bike around London for a few years. Bought a RadCity 5 Plus in May 22.

Feels a well designed bike for the city, but after 5 months my rear caliper broke, meaning I'm unable to ride the bike. I contacted them, it took them a month to get back to me, and 2 months later Rad are still saying they have no idea when the replacement component will be back in stock. So, well designed or not, I've not had a bike for 2 months. Not great.

For what I wanted, in hindsight I'd say:
- if want cheap, then ideally buy from Decathlon if they are in stock
- want something nicer, but is still reliable and can get fixed quickly - probably going to have to spend £1000 more and buy from a big name brand with shops or strong supplier & replacement parts network
- want to buy Rad - then it's a well designed bike, you feel like you're saving money, but accept that (like many of the smaller, online only brands) there's a really high risk it will break and their ability to get supply parts is shocking, so you may or may not be able to ride it for some considerable time - so put aside some of that money you saved to get the local bike shop to replace components when they break.

FYI - Rad's last response to my broken rear-caliper issue:
"Although we do not have an approved solution at the moment, and we do not recommend third party components, we can understand you need a quick solution in your case. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anything to you, given the fact that we have not tested third-party products for quality and/or safety. Nor do we have a time frame available on when the item is expected to be back in stock"

I recently took delivery of a Rad Rhino 6 Plus, excellent quality product well made. Every item/piece of equipment is well made and efficient. First class company to do business with and knowledgeable staff that made my transaction easy and smooth. Well done to the Rad Team!

No problem with the bikes, very good video/instructions well packaged, it certainly is a rad design. The only thing to consider is the weight but to be fair it's the same with most ebikes, and when you're up and running it's not a problem, all in all makes you smile

I recently bought a Radrhino 6 plus ebike. I have to say that I was very impressed with the bike. It feels like quality. Rides And runs like quality . The bike was well wrapped and boxed. It took me under an hour to assemble and everything worked without a single problem straight out of the box. Gears are smooth and change without a fault. I love the fat tyres too. I have ridden the bike just over a 100 miles so far on roads and rough ish tracks. The 250 watt motor is perfectly adequate and climbing hills hasn't been a problem
I was also impressed with the very fast delivery time. I think it took just 4 days to arrive after ordering' having been told it could be 15 days before delivery.
Well worth a 5 star review from me.

Made two purchases on both occasions i received my bike much earlier than predicted. The second delivery was exceptionally quick at 4 days. Delivery could not have been better. Bikes are in outstanding packaging no worries there.
Both bikes are fantastic build, solid and a joy to ride.
We are getting just over 30 miles range from a fully charged battery. Having covered over 100 miles on both they are great fun. The accessories are of equal quality and build to the bikes. The RadCity 5 plus is exceptional coming with full hydraulic braking, mudguards, rear rack. It is a real turnkey package and great value for money.
One bike unfortunately was faulty on arrival. Customer service was friendly and the problem was resolved. However this took far to long due to Rad having to wait globally for replacement controllers. It seemed as if there was a faulty batch and Customer service was overwhelmed and helpless. I have to say I never got any apology for the delay or extension to that bikes warranty. Despite not being able to make use of it for nearly 6 weeks. Disappointing, but the end result didn't stop us buying the second bike. Hence and the only reason why i have not given the 5 stars.

I have enjoyed dealing with Rad Power Bikes. Firstly getting friendly and helpful pre-purchase advice and patience as they held over a special offer for an extra week so that we could find a Radrunner to try out, then the ordering process - also straightforward. The bikes arrived sooner than predicted and although we have had issues with one as we were mistakenly sent a returned bike (rather than new), it is being dealt with satisfactorily. It takes a couple of days for emails to be returned but it does happen and is dealt with well.

We love the bikes. We were able to hire Radrunners before buying and they are great fun, well-made and comfortable. Now waiting for some extra accessories to arrive, bought in the autumn sale and looking forward to a cycling winter, racing up the hill into town.

Great buying experience and delivery was earlier than forecast. Only had a couple of rides on the bike but so far pretty amazing. Feels incredibly solid and a pleasure to ride so far.

Was so easy and being able to order all I needed for the bake and get them delivered at the same time was great,

Rad power bikes uk were great to deal with from the date I ordered my
Radmission 1 to delivery was within the 15 days specified by them. The bike itself is well made and looks and rides far better than I expected for a single speed bike

The bike is brilliant although one of the two bikes had quite a few scratches on it when it was unpacked. The performance by UPS was abysmal. No notice for delivery. Boxes left out in the pouring rain. Only one bike delivered with no information as to what was happening with the second one. If I were Rad I would get a new delivery company.

Great communication. Bike came within 15 days and was in perfect condition. It works really well and is great fun to ride

Received my Radrhino 5 a few weeks ago and very happy with it. Ordering from the web site went well as did my phone calls to Rad regarding questions that I had. My only criticism would be that UPS did not advice me of the delivery until the day after they delivered. I was going on holiday the following day so if I wasn't in then the bike would have been kicking around in their system for a week.

Radrunner 2 v Radrunner Plus?
I wasn't sure - I'm 60, wanted an electric bike and wanted the simplicity of no gears but we have a particularly steep hill locally. Purchased Radrunner 2 and amazed at its power on general hills, tho it struggled on the really steep hill. Worried I should have gone for Radrunner plus with gears to help. However love the stability of centre stand, and more comfy seat. I requested refund to swap to Radrunner plus but Radpower took so long to get back to me to organise the swap, I went kept the bike. They refunded my shipping fee as kind gesture. Love my Radrunner 2 now, folk asking me where I got it from to buy one themselves! Think my refund email must have got lost as my previous customer service was excellent
