Without shadow of any doubt the worst experiance i have ever had in my life with any equipment ever.
I bought the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Pro - Black.
The set up process is more complicated then landing on the moon. The set up is a joke. As an example when you are told to hold down the "filter replacement" button it does not flash, beep or anything to confirm it worked"
The process off allowing cold water at point 6 on the instuctuons is a joke. The reason being is you have to allow,cold water to filter through but this takes time and oftrn the equipment shuts down and you have to start again.
At point 9 and 10 of the instructions when you are having to let it weigh the bottle to memorise it. Its a joke. I have followed it 5 times and everytime instead of the dispense button turning green it turns red. YOUR INSTRUCTIONS DONT EXPLAIN WHAT THAT MEANS.
Your company should be fined heavily for such a poor product. I want my money back
To make it worse soneone made a bottle "the old fashioned way" it was so simple. Dont waste your money people

We are sorry to hear you've had a hard time setting up the machine. The filter replacement light will go off once it's registered you've pressed that.
The machine will go into standby mode if left untouched but you will be able to tap any button to bring this back on and continue from where you left off.
If the scoop button is going red during calibration it's because there will have been an error along the way. The powder tanks needs 400 grams in it which is pretty near the top so you may need to add some more. The lower drip tray might be out of place. This is the bottom tray under the dispenser, it has 2 arrows in a circle on it and 3 prongs on the bottom. The prongs need to slot into the corresponding holes and you can do this by twisting it until you feel it go into place.

I had an issue with the tommee tippee prep machine. It was dispensing the correct amount of water. It was an oz short everytime. the lady I spoke to was very helpful and as I had done everything she suggested she then ordered a replacement to be sent out and it arrived 3 days later. She was very lovely, polite and helpful. I Wasnât on hold or waiting ages for the phone to get answered and kept me up to date via call and email. Overall very happy with the experience

If youâre having a summer baby goodâŠ
If youâre having a summer baby good luck, especially in this UK heat wave. Literally canât use it as itâs too warm. Itâs quicker to measure the formula, boil the kettle and use the nuby cooler by the time youâve emptied it and re filtered cold water. And when you do manage to use it with cooler water you have to repeat the process every time you come back to it for another bottle. Not ideal at 03:00amð€£ if it was winter, laughing would be so handy!

Our Perfect Prep® machines have a probe that measures the temperature of the water in the tank and stops the unit dispensing water that is above 28°C. This is a key safety feature that makes sure the final feed is not too hot for your baby. High water temperature should only ever be an issue in hotter climates, but it's not uncommon for mains water to rise in temperature in cooler climates during a sustained period of hot weather.

We therefore recommend that you run the cold tap until the water is cold before filling your Perfect Prep® jug. To stop your unit getting too hot:
-Keep it out of direct sunlight.
-Regularly top it up with cold tap water.

-Add some ice cubes to the hopper.
