Service in person in a bank is wonderful, but online totally different. Trying to set up a so but won't accept although there is no obvious problem and details have been used previously. When it is accepted, after many attempts, mobile number allegedly not acceptable although this has not changed. Landline contact rings here but no message. I do not have or want the app which I think is being pushed. Would give no star if possible.

Got a phone call from Nadine inviting me to the bank for a review. Went to Hanover Street and lovely lady Nadine helped me organie my finances and save me interest on what I was paying out, and helped me set up savings for the future.
Nadine was very welcoming, I haven't met a bank person that friendly or relatable, which made it easier to understand things which I normally find difficult. I was very happy with her and the bank and would recommend TSB and Nadine.

I had my bank account blocked for over two weeks after i received an email that all restrictions were lifted,i am still trying to get my money back as i am a student and i canât travel to university or even pay my rent. They also donât want to say the reason and keep asking questions for no reason. If you have an account with them i recommend you to close it asap as theyâre not trustworthy.

We visited our local branch in Gainsborough because we wanted to switch to a TSB Save & Spend account. We also wanted to open a Savings Pot, and a Save Well account. With Claire's help we were able to do all this without too stress! She was amazing! Claire was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most helpful. She also had lots of patience. We never once felt rushed. Every detail was explained thoroughly. Overall our visit was a very positive experience, thanks to Claire.

I went to TSB Sheffield darnall because someone was doing fraud with my bank details and the phone operatives made promises like I would get the money back Snd I never did so when I went to the bank in person a woman called Kathy made sure to make a complaint about the mobile operative thaf made a mistake and got me my money back within the same day .
5h and still waiting on the chatâŠ
5h and still waiting on the chat through the app. Literally 5h of wait. I ended up calling to do it. What an absolute disaster of app service, you first have to deal with the completely useless chat options and when you finally get through to speak to an agent you're left waiting for hours!!! All this for a simple operation. I now tried to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT and it's sent me back to the chat to do it. If the app doesn't let you do anything unless you use the chat the least you could do is have a chat that actually works.
Credit card protection is useless in TSB
Do not properly look at evidence for section 75 claims and are okay with companies selling a product they never could fulfil. Credit card protection is false.

Great Service at Cheltenham Branch
I called into the Cheltenham Branch of TSB this morning to continue the work in registering a death of my brother and bringing identity documents for my father, as I am his attorney. Once again, I was seen my Leah who was very courteous, professional and efficient. The work was then checked by Mel who was equally as superb, sharing the same excellent personal qualities as Leah. Clearly this branch has consistent very high standards of service and both Leah and Mel are superb ambassadors for the company. It is so good to see great personal face to face service at a time when many routine banking services are online. This is particularly important when dealing with very sensitive family matters such as death and loss of mental capacity. A huge thanks must go to Leah and Mel; it is really appreciated.
