I had 2 Breitling watches requiring repair. One was a simple battery replacement which Watch Repair carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

The second however required a bit more work to fix it. A few years ago I had, on the recommendation from a friend, put this watch into a repairer who claimed to specialise in Breitling watches. The watch came back, 'repaired' but within 12 months stopped working. Surprise, surprise the repairer had closed down! After an internet search, I found Watch Repair UK and read the many positive reviews. It was still will some trepidation that I decided to have them repair the watch but they replaced the battery first. I was given a quote for the battery replacement but the other watch required some investigation. I was given a quote for a new crown plus a 'tube'. I agreed to the work being carried out and have been pleased with the result.

Throughout the whole process, Watch Repair has been excellent at keeping me up to date with progress. Their communications have always been clear and timely. They told me what they were going to do, they did it and then told me it was done.

The clear communication throughout put my mind at ease - sending off a Tag watch in the post (after a few weeks of debating) felt risky for such a high value item but I needn’t have worried. It was back with me within the week (I posted Thursday and received well package the following Thursday). Wish I’d have done it sooner. Will use again

Faultless service from this company. I first entrusted WRUK with two Breitlings in the Spring, neither of which were in the best of health, they came back keeping better time than they have ever done, and cosmetically - like new ! They have subsequently restored a 1970's Omega Geneve that I'd had in a drawer for years, and then sourced and fitted a link to the bracelet of my Omega Seamaster. In each case, I was delighted with the work. Parts for the Geneve were quite a while arriving ( not that it mattered ) but the comunication was excellent, with regular updates.
Cannot recommend WRUK highly enough.

My watch has been professionally refurbished and sealed. Also, good communication made the whole process transparent. Highly recommended company.

My Tag Aquaracer hasn’t been worn in a few years and needed a new battery and a clasp. I got a few quotes and then found watch repair online. I got a quote which was very reasonable, made contact and booked it in.
From the get go Alexis was brilliant. Clear communication and updates. I got my watch back in a week and it’s like new. It was serviced, cleaned, had a battery change and a new clasp fitted and I couldn’t be happier.

This is the second watch I have sent to Watch Repair UK. This time is was my Brietling Super Avenger 2. I sent it for a service, refurbishment and to try and repair the bracelet. Unbelievably for a Breitling the bracelet had come apart, I thought it would be un-repairable and I would end up paying a significant amount of money for a new bracelet. However, Watch Repair UK said they would see what they could do, they managed to repair the bracelet and included the cost of doing so in the service. If you do go for the service I would also recommend the refurbishment of the watch too, I have had a refurbishment on both of my watches and the watches have come back looking like new. You also get a discount on the refurbishment if you get it done the same time as your service. Brilliant service and a lot cheaper than sending it back to Breitling. Great communication throughout from Alexis. I highly recommend Watch Repair UK

I sent my Breitling Super Avenger to them for a service and repair to the crown wheel and also paid for a full refurbishment. I can't say how pleased I am with this company. My watch was returned looking like new (it had a few dings and scratches before it went ). Over the moon, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Amazing Service! Alexis has been in touch with me and answered all my emails. I needed Omega battery replacement and went to Omega store to ask for the price - Omega asked for £200 for battery replacement (this includes reseal, pressure test, water resistant checks) and would have to wait 6 weeks! Thanks God I googled & found this stunning company! Reading reviews helped me to decide! I called watchrepairuk.com and sent my Omega for the same service (plus more as the watch came back so clean and shiny like a new) for £60 (including VAT). And more importantly - I got my watch back in a week!!! It arrived in padded box safely packed. I am very pleased with the service and sending Thank You to whole company. All the best. First class service. I approached a number of online companies to fix a problem with my Omega watch. Watch Repair UK responded really quickly and were able to provide a prompt quote for the work. The price was much better than other companies. I received notification as soon as my watch was received, and it was fixed in one working day. Returned in secure protective packaging. Would definitely use again.

I sent my solid gold Tag Heuer to Watch Repair UK in June 2021 for a service and for the face and hands to be replaced. Unfortunately there were many delays. First delay was they started the service of the watch once the ordered parts finally arrived at the beginning of August. Mark wrote to me and apologised for the delay and said that he had found the internal mechanism also needed to be replaced but due to the length of time it had taken he would not charge me the additional 365.00GBP plus VAT. Mark said the original would need to be returned to Tag where they would exchange it for a new one - normally 4-6 weeks. I agreed but to be honest was really missing my watch and was very concerned by the time it was taking. It wasn't until many emails later that on November 4th, Alexis informed me my watch was finally ready. The watch was sent via DHL to me, now no longer in the UK but Singapore. The problem lay with the suppliers of parts, Tag Heuer, as they were taking forever and not the fault of Watch Repair UK. I felt I wasn't always communicated with as well as they should have done, but the repair was fantastic and the watch is working well and looks like new. The fact that I wasn't charged for the additional parts did go a long way to me maintaining their 5 star rating. They are excellent watch repairers and totally trustworthy.

I had worn this every day since new and consequently was looking slightly tired. The bezel then detached and this prompted me through my brother's recommendation to contact Watch Repair UK.
I requested replacement face, glass and bezel together with a full service, pressure test and minor bracelet repair.
The results are just tremendous. My "old soldier" is back on my wrist looking as new.
Alexis maintained constant contact with me throughout and I could not have had better service!
