I was a little nervous about sending my prized Breitling Emergency to a company I did not know. No need for that though as they were super fast, efficient & and communicative. the watch came back today & im 100% happy. I highly recommend Alexis & his services.

My Rotary Classic wrist watch was returned to me with excellent packing ,special delivery, with time slot.
with a new glass and battery it is like new again.
This company is obviously very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was slightly hesitant posting my beautiful Breitling watch to a company I had found on the Internet. I need not have worried however as the experience I had was fantastic. The service manager at Watch Repair, Alexis, remained in contact with me before and after I sent my watch for repair.
He updated me on some problems they were having receiving spare parts from Breitling (beyond the control of Watch repair) and informed me when the parts were in and my watch was being repaired and serviced. Upon completion it was very easy to pay the invoice and my watch was returned beautifully packaged three days later via Royal mail recorded delivery. My watch looks as good as new (it is more than 15 years old) and is working as well as the day I purchased it. Overall, an excellent company and I have no hesitation in recommending Watch Repair UK.

My Seiko Kinetic 50m was in need of some TLC, scratched and chipped glass plus losing its charge too quickly. Shops that I tried said that I needed to send directly to Seiko, but they were stating an 8 week timescale plus quite expensive.
I searched the Internet and discovered Watch Repair UK so emailed some pictures plus description and got a prompt response with a quote, 2 week timescale, and a promise that they would return with no charge if they could not fix properly.
The watch is sentimental so I was wary just to send away.
Within 2 weeks I had a "new" watch back, looking wonderful.
I am now trying to find some of my older watches that need the same treatment, lost in draws somewhere.

My husband’s 10 year old Tag Aquaracer watch has been totally restored to its former glory. It looks like new. Was very dubious about sending the watch off but having read reviews I felt I could trust the company. They have not disappointed and actually went above and beyond my expectations. Communications were very reliable and cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for any watch related needs. 100% customer satisfaction !

I sent my 20+ year old Tag Heuer watch for a repair to the strap and a service and refurbishment.
I was given a detailed estimate of the work required which I agreed to. The work was carried out to a high standard and to the price quoted and the watch returned in a week.
I can't fault this firm in any way and would highly recommend them.

I had need for a repair and service to my TAG, I got in touch with Watch Repair UK Ltd as it isn't too far from home and I could drop off my watch. I was offered an approximate cost to repair and service verbally and I decided to go ahead. Alexis gave me an appointment time to drop off my watch and was met with a courteous greeting. I soon received an email with the costs of the repairs and a half price refurbishment to case and bracelet which I took up too. In all my watch was away for a couple of weeks and on collection I have to say I am delighted with the repair and refurbishment. Local friendly service and I would highly recommend Watch Repair UK to anyone who is looking for good repairs and service. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Communication through this process has been excellent. The watch (Tag Heuer battery replacement) was sent off and returned, with all work completed in 1 week - including a bank holiday.
Will use again.

I was a bit worried about sending my 25 year old Tag Formula 1 off in the post , it was in bad shape but came back good as when I first bought it . Communication was great , work done was great , I will be using Watch Repair uk from now on . I would definitely be recommending to anyone I know.

I sent my TAG to WRUK to have new battery fitted. The turnaround was very quick, only taking a few days and cost was half price of TAG.

Absolutely chuffed to bits to have finally found a watch repair place that replied to emails rapidly to establish what I needed and then did a great job on my breitling. I’ve used others previously but these guys did an outstanding job. My watch is like new. Highly recommended.

Watch Repair UK recently serviced and refurbished my 23 year old Breitling watch. The watch was returned to me looking amazing, as good as new, despite the fact that it was well-used and rather scratched when I sent it in to them. The turnaround time became extended by slow parts delivery from Switzerland but I was kept well informed along the way. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again for sure.

I have used Watch Repair a few times now and the service I have received is always first class. Communication is always spot on along with a great work ethic you can trust them with any watch.

Very worried about sending my watch by post but service provided was excellent. Mark and Alexis kept me informed and I was very surprised when the work was completed on time as quoted on a 5 day turnaround .

Oris Repair I used watch repair UK to replace my cracked Oris watch glass. After emailing 4 other companies these were the cheapest and quickest to respond. Great service! Will be using again soon. Ann.

I was worried about where I could send my Rolex Oyster for repair and a new Crystal. I asked about, and a good friend informed me of Watch Repair UK, after reading their many great reviews I rang them, I spoke to Alexa who told me to fill in an online quotation. I filled in the form with my watch details and the faults that required addressing. The next day a quote was given. The cost of the work was under one third of the cost, that I had been quoted.
I sent the watch to Watch Repair UK and when it arrived they e mailed me to tell me they had received it safely.
I was kept informed of the repairs progress every step of the way, and I received my perfectly repaired watch back within 3 weeks.
This company goes above and beyond the other repairers.
My watch is as good as new again and I am delighted.

It was quite daunting sending your watch away but I could not recommend this service enough. Transparent and competitive pricing, good communication and a great turnaround time. My watch came back looking brand new.

Excellent service, repaired and serviced my breitling avenger, came back looking brand new, cannot give these guys high enough praise.Highly recommended.

SUPERB WORKMANSHIP
Absolutely superb service and quality of work. Was understandably a little apprehensive about sending my Brietling Chronomat to an unknown, but the experience was seamless and the cleaning, repair and service was excellent. After using Brietling servicing via jewellers for years I was always disappointed by the cost and quality of the service I’d received so thought I’d try an alternative.
The watch came back looking perfect like new but not over polished. What I have been most impressed with is that the Chronometer accuracy post service is better than it has ever been ! ( 1.5 seconds per day... better than my new Omega Seamaster is managing.) Clearly they are better at servicing my Brietling than Brietling were !

Am now going to get a quote from them for my wife’s Oris and will be using them in future for watch servicing.
