Needed a service for a problem with my hot tub. Contacted Hot Tub Studio and within about 3 hours A knowledgeable engineer turned up and fixed the problem. Fantastic speed of service, great customer service and would thoroughly recommend.

Thanks to Andy, Tim and James. I'd like to say how hugely impressed and greateful I am to you all. Tim and James were fantastic installers, nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with everything using impeccable manners and politeness. A real pleasure to deal with and all 3 staff were superb.

We received a very professional service which was smooth from the very beginning right until the final installation. Even after the installation I had a problem which was entirely my fault however there was no hesitation for an engineer to come out to reassure me. I would highly recommend Hot Tub Studio.

Ordered a new hot tub cover, delivered and fitted within a few days and at a great cost.

Great customer service from the off. The relaxed salesperson yet very informative to the third party crane driver that lifted hottub up and over the house roof. Manual is very straight forward and cleaning process explained fully. Expect half a day for install and instruction all included in the the service :)

My experience of buying a hot tub from Hot Tub Studio was excellent from the start. In the showroom the young lady was very helpful and informative without being pushy. A site survey was carried out very quickly and any queries I had resolved. Delivery and installation was on time and the two guys were courteous and helpful. After sales service has been good and my questions answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Decided to treat myself to a hot tub this year. My sister has owned a hot tub for quite a few years and surgested I not buy one online off ebay or other online stores and to find a local surplier so I could have a contact for surplies and service after purchasing. I chose this company as when I went in it was not hard sell and manager asked what my budget was and then found me exactly what I was after from stock. I couldn't take delivery straight away as I needed to prepare area and this was not a problem and they fitted in delivery to suit me. Every time I've contacted showroom with enquiries before sale and a few times after sale Andy the manager has always phoned back if he was not available at time and answered every question I had. I am most impressed with after service as a lot of companies are not as interested after sale is done. My hot tub was not the most expensive in store but still treated very professionally and equal to bigger sales at a time that they have a lot of orders going out. 10/10 service from all staff at this company.

Un-compromised customer service from my experience. I have had my hot tub which I purchased from them 15 years ago. Over that time I have had a few occasions when I needed some repairs and these were completed quickly and professionally. More recently I had an issue and Andy was extremely patient in talking me through the repair so I could do it myself. If you are looking for a great service for your hot tub I would highly recommend Hot Tub Studio.

We purchased our first hot tub in January 2012. We had excellent service from Hot tub Studio, this is why we kept going back for accessories and information etc. After nearly 9 years, our cover and a few worn out parts needed replacing. James the engineer came to check it out and told us the cost of replacement parts. We then decided to purchase a new one, so contacted Andy who was his usual helpful self. He suggested a similar spec Jacuzzi and gave us a very good price on the old one. 4 days later they came and took the old one away and installed a brand new one. The two fitters were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely recommend Andy and his team to our friends.

The process was made easy and simple with Andy and the team. We had a couple of small issues which were sorted straight away with no questions asked, great service

Made a appointment with Andy at the showroom in Coventry. Explained what i needed got a great deal paid deposit and around 4 weeks later it was delivery day.
The team organised the crane and everything they efficiently delivered set up and taught me how to use and care for everything, they left no mess other than the tub now in the garden you would not know they was ever there. I cannot recommended these guys enough i went to visit 3 other showrooms but once you go here you know this is the place to purchase. Thank you Andy and team.

I ordered my hot tub from Hot Tub Studio last summer at a show. It had been a difficult year for me and I wanted my hot tub in place for my birthday only a couple of weeks away. It was a big ask as they were very busy but they fitted my tub got it filled and up and running for me right on time. A very smooth operation it was too, the guys were great and explained the chemicals etc to me carefully.

They don't know what it meant to me but it did mean a lot. The Jacuzzi tub is marvellous, I love it and I have already recommended Hot Tub Studio to friends. I will definitely buy from them again when I look to upgrade.
