I cannot recommend hottubstudio highly enough!
I bought my first hot tub from them last year and they were so helpful throughout the entire process.
I have just had one of their highly skilled operatives called Arran out to give it a service and get it running for the coming Easter Holidays. He dealt with all my questions in very reassuring manner and I know that if you buy from these people they will really look after you!

Andy, and Tim and all the team were wonderful, setting up, explaining everything to me. As a previous Hot Tub owner, I have had experience with maintaining, but there have been a lot of changes, so needed further tuition, a lot to take in, but they were happy to come back, and go through things again, such a lot to absorb, and I thank them for their patience....
The model I chose- the Getaway 6 is heaven, especially the lounger facility, and the waterfall feature....who needs to go to a Spa !! Well worth it !!! And will definitely recommend....

We had our previous Hot Tub from Hot Tub Studio (then Sapphire Spas) and when it came time for a refresh (over 10 years), Andy was, as always, accomodating and straight.
The whole process was easy, options chosen, incuding the addition of a Heat Exchanger (to use an Air Source Heat Pump to heat the Hot Tub).
Installation was again incredibly easy. James fitted the Heat Exchanger on site, and then commissioned the Hot Tub. an excellent and professional job all round.

I rarely write “excellent” in reviews but this company truly deserves that rating! From our initial visits and discussions through to our installation we have been impressed with the knowledgeable and professional (but also friendly) way we have been assisted. Our ordering process was not straightforward as we had to delay installation while the patio was re-done but Andy has maintained excellent communication and has been very patient. Our installation was friendly and efficient and we are very pleased with our Hot Tub. Many thanks Andy and team.

A great installation carried out by the team. We were a bit apprehensive having to have our new Tub lifted over the house by a crane, but it went smoothly. James and Tim installed the new Jacuzzi in a very professional manner and took time to make sure we were happy with everything. Very pleased with the purchase from sales to installation. We purchased our Jacuzzi 475 from the Coventry showroom on the A45. Andy was very helpful, from the initial meeting, and throughout the process including the installation.
We have been delighted with not only the product but equally important, the after sales back up.

Great Service. Andy was super efficient with all of my enquiries and went out of his way to seek the model i was after (Master spa legend 6.5). It was a fast turn around for the delivery and the guys installing were extremely professional. James in particular was a really nice chap and helped me understand the details about water management effortlessly. Highly recommend to all looking to purchase a hot tub from Hot Tub Studio.

Bought a Jacuzzi j235 from Hot Tub Studio in Gloucester and it was installed today ... Jordan and Tim were fantastic arrived an hour early and all done in 2 hrs ... very efficient and professional. What a 5star experience from start to finish The sales team where not pushy in any way it did not matter if you bought one or not The standard of finish on the tub was seconded to none with that little touch to quality was outstanding and what about the lads who installed it where so professional in all aspects of installation with full instructions on how to use it.

Fautless Service! From our initial contact to Andy via email, to the visit at the Meriden showroom right through to the site survey and installation today. A great team that explained everything they were doing and needed to do, even dropped of a container the day before that I filled with water to speed up filling the tub. Full instructions given on chemicals and controls and even a text message for me to look back at when I've forgotten what they said! Very happy and cant wait to get into the HOT tub tomorrow. Thanks team.

As first time hot tub buyers we found the service from Hot Tub Studio very easy and straightforward. We had to consider access for the hot tub and we weren’t put under any pressure by Niki to make an immediate purchase. The day of installation went very smoothly and James was very helpful and professional.

Needed a new control unit for tub, and as usual Andy arranged and delivered in extremely quick time. I have to say the service from the team is excellent. I purchased my Sapphire Spa 15years ago from Andy. It has had 3 covers, replaced a few jets, new heater and control unit and is still in superb condition. It has been great value for money. Andy’s team have always been available, prompt when servicing, and very polite when at my home. Andy will always have a video call to try to see what has happened to see if the problem can be fixed yourself. Cannot recommend highly enough.
