Andy McBride was really helpful and informative. He came highly recommended and certainy met all expectations. The engineers Tim and Jack who installed the hot tub were brilliant.

I have been so impressed with Hot Tub Studio and the efficient way in which they dealt with the blue wave fault on my Jacuzzi. Jack came out and, I have to say, what a professional, knowledgeable chap he is. I think I bombarded him with questions about chemicals, filters, testing water and everything else to do with Jacuzzi! This is my second Jacuzzi, the previous one being a 5 seater which, as only I go in it now, was too large and not cost effective. I have received more advice from Jack in the time he was here than I ever got from where I purchased both hot tubs. I will now change my chemical regime as advised which will hopefully rectify the problem of cloudy water I have been experiencing.

Had a repair carried out by the hot tub studio and there engineer Jack on my jacuzzi hot tub the circulation pump needed replacing , the engineer was so helpful and polite nothing was to much trouble for him asked me did I have any questions just a pleasure to get somebody like this to come out and mend your hot tub .

Fantastic service by Andy and the team at Hot Tub Studio in Meriden. Non-pushy sales, but there to answer questions when I needed. The install was friendly, respectful of neighbour’s property and slick. Really impressive and so glad we chose them. The tub is head and shoulders the best I’ve used

Have purchased two hot tubs from Andy. First tub 2006-2020 and 2020 onwards. Have always received good support and advice which was exemplified from a recent service visit from Andy and Tim, who were knowledgeable, efficient and polite.

First class service from start to finish!

Having never owned a tub before this wasn't something I was going to rush into and I'd been to a few different places in and around the West Midlands. Andy and the team at Hot Tub Studio were without question the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient out of everyone. Andy took his time to explain the pros and cons of the various different brands and models which ultimately led us to purchasing a Jacuzzi branded tub.

The transaction offered superb value for money and was seamless from start to finish. The installation team were efficient and set the tub up on the day of delivery...all that we had to do was wait for it to get up to temp and we were enjoying it the very next day!

Highly highly recommend these guys if you're in the market - I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Just used Hot tub studio for a repair on our 14yr old tub, Tim, the engineer has been excellent, very thorough and diligent. Thoroughly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the service from Hot Tub Studio when they initially installed our hot tub and when I purchased it. Very professional service and they did what they said they'd do. We needed some repair work recently and the team were great - really looking into the issue and going above and beyond. I'd definitely recommend and we are very pleased with the service, thanks.

Had the young chap Tim come to repair tub. Completed the job in no time, told us exactly what repair work he was carrying out. Hot tub back up and running but we had another tiny leak which had to be assessed once tub refilled. No problem for Andy to send him back out to us….

All in all it’s a great company to keep in mind for further problems.

Thanks to Andy and his team at hot tub studio, we have had our tub just about 12 months and decided to have it serviced by the professionals. They did an awesome job, the tub is back to as new condition water has never felt fresher, also changed the cushions which is definitely worth doing every now and again as they do degrade over time. If you are looking for a Jacuzzi look no further this company is great at the sales stage and ongoing service phase and don’t shy away from replacing things under warranty if required. Definitely a company I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
