We are an independent, family-run Jacuzzi Hot Tub dealer, est. 2004, our focus is on customer service. Our indoor showroom is at CV5 9GY Hot Tub Studio West-Midlands, Warwickshire & Worcestershire We have a wide range of Jacuzzi approved chemcials and accessories available in our showroom, as well as a large range of hot tubs and swim spas. Wet tests are available in our showroom, although pre-booking is recommended. We are fortunate to have a team of highly skilled technicians and carry out all of our customers servicing and warranty work. Many of our customers come back to us time and time again and recommend our services to all their friends - this is the greatest compliment we can recieve. We really hope to be able to offer you unbiased, informative information that can assist you on your Jacuzzi hot tub journey. We do not believe in bad mouthing competitors, we believe in showing you what we have to offer and leaving it up to you to make an informed decision that is right for you and your situation. Very pleased with our hot tub
Very pleased with our hot tub. So helpful when we choosing which one to have. Stress free experience and both Conor and Tom who installed it were so friendly and very efficient. Thank you ☺️

Moved to a new address.
They disconnected my tub, from my old address collected it and delivered it to our new address. They were so good and particular with the positioning and then proceeded to install it, service it and set it all up again.
All done with the most professional and curtious service. Will always use these guys.
