I’m really sorry to hear this — that’s clearly not the experience we want you to have.

We do try to offer a wide variety of meals across different cuisines, but we know preferences are very individual, and it sounds like the mix you received didn’t suit your tastes at all. That’s really important feedback for us.

Firstly, we’d like to reassure you that all emails received by our team are responded to, however due to a higher volume of enquiries, our response and call waiting times have been longer than usual. We sincerely apologise for the delay and appreciate how frustrating this must have been when you were waiting for clarification.

In terms of your plan, we want to reassure you that we offer a wide variety of over 80 meals, and your menu can be changed between each delivery to better suit your tastes. We also offer our Swap Up service, which allows you to return meals from a previous delivery and exchange them for different options, helping you find meals you enjoy.

Regarding cancellation, we do operate a cancel anytime policy with no cancellation fees. However, as our longer-duration plans are discounted, if you choose to cancel early, we simply ask that the difference between the plan you selected and the shorter period completed is covered. This is outlined in our terms and conditions.
