Firstly the wrong part was send, on the phone, still not the right part, finally 3rd time lucky, the right part was sent, they never gave up until I was satisfied thank you

Whirlpoo Escusas para no descambiar

Compre un microondas hace 5 meses ,desde entonces viene dando fallos hace unas semanas se paro del todo ,vino el s.tecnico y cambio u as piezas ,a los2 días volvió a pararse , le reclame a la casa whirplool solicitando un nuevo
Icroondas porque si con 5 meses falla va a ser asi constantemente y me dicen que hasta que el producto no tenga una avería irreparable no me lo descambian, entonces tengo que quedarme con un microondas enfermo porque hasta que no se muera no me lo cambian enfadada y cabreada estoy

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost

I booked a repair in November had to pay in full upfront. I’ve now had five appointments three of which nobody turned up at all then the engineer called said I need to order a part two weeks later. Another engineer came back without the part and ready to repair a completely different appliance.
No communication
No help from the office
The worst service I’ve ever experienced
And still, my hob has not been repaired

Booked and engineer for my Indesit…

Booked and engineer for my Indesit dishwasher at took 2 weeks until an engineer could come out. Then I only got a text saying engineer was here at the specified address which there was no sign of any van,business card nor a phone call saying he is at the address.
Absolutely disappointing.

Up your game please

How can it take almost 2 weeks on a service plan to get a technician out?! When he arrived he seemed bored. Have we not got beyond morning or afternoon slots yet? On plus side was phone 30 mins before he attended so didn’t need to wait in although it wasn’t advertised they do that I knew from previous appointment.Pump blockages very common on dishwashers apparently. Well how about improving design so they aren’t?!

Repeated Repairs and a Christmas Day Failure

We experienced a hugely frustrating and disappointing issue with our Whirlpool oven, which left us without a reliable appliance over the Christmas period.
An engineer attended on 24/11/25 to address a fault. During this visit, the oven door was dismantled and left in pieces, rendering the oven completely unusable. Instead of resolving the issue, the situation was made significantly worse.
It then took three separate engineer visits before the door was finally reassembled and the oven made operational again on 22/12/25, just days before Christmas.
Unfortunately, on 25/12/25 (Christmas Day), while cooking our turkey, the oven failed again.
Weeks of disruption, repeated repairs, and a breakdown on Christmas Day is completely unacceptable for a major household appliance. Based on this experience, I have very little confidence in the reliability of the product or the repair process.

I have been trying to get a bottle…

I have been trying to get a bottle shelf for the fridge door. I provided modle number etc, and received I received the wrong product and both times no return instructions... I am now the month 3 of trying to get the part! And out of pocket!! NEVER have I received such rubbish support!

A washing machine purchase through AO

A washing machine purchase through AO. As a brand we have had engineer visits on the product since day one.
I can see Whirlpool have an average 3 star overall TP score.
That speaks for itself.
From our experience I would advise customers to look at other brands, better quality for the money, definitely better service levels and customer support can be found elsewhere

Excellent service

Booked an Engineer, didn’t have to wait too long. Was given 3 hour time slot then got a further text to say he would be here shortly. The repair didn’t take too long and he was his way in no time. Very friendly chap. Would thoroughly recommend.

The agent and particularly the engineer…

The agent and particularly the engineer was extremely good and courteous, as well as being pleasant to deal with. The only problem I incurred was with my ongoing care plan via Curry’s and actually speaking to someone at the correct number to facilitate the problem. Perhaps BOT should be replaced with DUM! It would save a lot of time and grievance.

Stay away from Whirlpool

Non seulement ils vendent des produits qui ne sont pas en stock, mais en plus ils mentent ouvertement sur les délais de livraison. Nous avons dû attendre deux fois plus longtemps que prévu pour recevoir la première communication concernant la livraison, car ils ne répondent ni au téléphone ni aux emails. Puis, quand une date de livraison a enfin été fixée, nous avons perdu notre temps à poser un jour de congé pour attendre… et devinez quoi ? Ils ne sont jamais venus, n’ont jamais appelé et ne se sont jamais excusés. Nous essayons maintenant de les joindre pour savoir si nous allons recevoir notre produit ou être remboursés. Faites vous une faveur et évitez cette entreprise qui n’est qu’une arnaque.

Difficile comunicare e carenza di informazioni

Ho ordinato sul sito Whirlpool e mi è stata consegnata il 28/11/25 una lavatrice carica dall'alto modello zen. Purtroppo la lavatrice non corrisponde a quanto io mi aspettavo nonostante avessi per 3 volte contattato l'assistenza per chiedere le caratteristiche dei vari modelli. La centrifuga che si dovrebbe poter selezionare non permette la scelta dei 600 giri che è quella, per me, più usata. Si può selezionare o 400giri o 800 e oltre. Ciò dovrebbe comparire nelle informazioni. Oggi ho contattato la Whirlpool( mezz'ora di attesa al telefono) e molto seccamente mi è stato risposto che è una scelta dell'azienda. Peccato che mi è stato taciuta questa informazione perché avrei scelto un altra lavatrice. Bocciata in comunicazione e trasparenza di informazioni.
