My order of January 3rd can not be delivered to me becuase the UK is no longer in the EU

On the 3rd of January I placed an order with CHemist Direct for the Purchase of 4 packages of nicorette, gum. On January 7th I received an email that the delivery to my home by AIR woud be 8th Of January. I received no delivery and today Monday the 11th talked to DHL In Spain where I live. As the UK is No Longer in The EU they will not let my package cross the Border they are returning my order to Chemist Direct. I have sent an email to Chemist Direct as it is almost impossible to get an answer from about anything. I have emailed Chemist direct that I expect a full return of the amount I paid in GBP 107.37 converted to Euros the amount of my order. According to Border Control. As the UK is no longer in the EU it will be returned to Chemist Direct

Order not delivered , not received by me qand not sent by AIR courier which I paid for

I have not wanted to ever have an experiance like before but I must. On Friday 23 October 2020 I placed an order GE739843154GB with Chemist Direct.co.uk. As I live in Valencia, spain I chose Air Courier which normally takes 2 days after the order has been confirmed and processed. Once Processed a company calle Global E is given the order and a noticfication is sent to DHL. DHL responds with a tracking number and within 2 days delivery at my door takes place. In this case DHL know about the order but no one has sent the package to them. Keep ion MInd that My order was for GBP 128.70, and GBP21.99 for the air courier fee. I have contacted by phone and pleased with people to correct this. The majority of the clerks that I can speak to have no idea what I am talking about they mostly deal with orders within the UK. I have sent an email which takes 48 hours which means I will not hear from them until Wednesday. Every order I have ever complained about on Trust Pilot has been the same exact problem. I hope someone who understands the Euro delivery system of Chemist direct or anyone answers me.

I shop on line with Chemist direct.com…

I shop on line with Chemist direct.com They USE Global -e When they process and order Global E pick a courier in my case DHI MY order was placed on 12 June. As my order was sent via airmail I should have received on the 16th a tracking number with DHL they are good and that is the one that Global-e. I finally received the tracking number fro Chem Direct on 18 June. MY package is at an Airport in The Midlands. I was told today by Chem direct that I may never receive it . Of course n accordance with Internet policies they would refund me but not until at least 30 days. I was told that Packages are scanned at the airport but if no one scans them a second or third time they could go anywhere. IN 3 orders overt he last few years. It happened to me. In one case on the 40th day a package was at my post office keeping in mind this was to be a door to door delivery. That package was Mailed to SPain From Germany and order I made from the UK. DO NOT USE GLOBAL -e EVER

I have been using Chemist Direct come…

I have been using Chemist Direct come in the UK from 2007 until 2016 and since 2016 have been ordering a lot this is not a complaint but need help. On 12 June I placed and order. Just a few days away. But today I called and said last night at 6 or so pm they processed the order. But with out a tracking number only the Chemdirect order number which is GE605103849GB. Ineed the tracking number to contact whoevr they are using most times DHL. In the past wthout the number when my items (by air arrive in Spain, in te past they would put the parcel into the Spanish mail system and last time it took 2 months Please Chem direct just sendd me the Global e tracking number !

I placed an order with Go Groopie now…

I placed an order with Go Groopie now in the last two weeks I get an email trying to give me the impression that I will get it soon saying its in my city giving me a tracking number that shows nothing I am sure not one of them will reply to anyone and it has nothing to do with the virus these people apparently are low life traders. To do this at a time when people are sick and near death I can not imagine what a low life piece of excrement these people are! It is now 45 days since the first time "MYHERMES" COURIER the worst courier that ever existed in London. Each day I receive a note stating we have your package your getting your package and nothing. I live in SPain when I signed in it took my address. I sent an email through there barbaric system on how to contact them and no answer. I ask you not to use them and never use My Hermes they are awful! I ordered two pillows none arrived a week agai they finally reimbursed me for one now keep sending the same note I lways get we have it we got it you will get it. Shop any where on line stay away from these dealers!

On The 14th of January I placed an order from a UK site that I use all the time. I am retired and Live in Valencia, Spain. All my orders in the past have taken 5 to 6 days to reach my door. Spring did not pick up my order until the 21 of January that is the last Tracking I have. In addition when you place an order for delivery within the EU with a few days of your order being give to the courier. The Courier company notifys, in My Case Correos The Spanish Mail who advises me that we are expecting a package. This has not happened. If you send a message to Spring. They tell you contact the seller you purchased from. If you do get through on there site or by email you receive an email stating we will respond in 2 days.
Spring is the worst delivery service I have ever used. Do not purchase any item that is sEnt trough them period! YOUR REPY IS THE SAME ONE YOU GIVE TO EVERYONE AND IT SHOWS HO9W BAD YOU ARE.

i HAVE BEEN USING CHEMIST DIRECT AND PURCHASE 8 ORDERS MONTHLY WHERE SPRING HAS NOT BEEN THE COURIER. I WORKED FOR MANY YEARS AT A LARGE TRUCKING COMPANY SURELY YOU MUST NO WHERE YOUR DRIVER IS, AND HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT HE OR SHE ALL OF MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN DONE THE SAME WAY WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND EVERYONE OF THEM CONTACTED THE MAIL CARRIED IN SPAIN AND THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED IN 5 TO 6 ORDERS. YOUR REPLY IS THE SAME ONE YOU GIVE TO EVERYONE AND YOUR RATING IS 0 UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO PUT ONE STARS

We are doing all we can to locate your shipment. I would also like to advise that Spring GDS can only ship a consignment on the service that our customer Chemist Direct assigns to us, in this case the service selected was an untracked postal service, I hope you can appreciate that this service does come with some limitations.

1. Spring are not a courier company
2. We are a subsidiary of Post NL (the Dutch post office) we do not have any drivers in your country
3. We are one of a number of logistics suppliers that Chemist Direct utilise to fulfil their orders
4. We offer tracked and untracked postal solutions to our customers we do not offer a courier solution as part of our product portfolio
5. Chemist Direct are our customer, we do not decide what service to ship your order on, this is decided by Chemist Direct
6. In this instance Chemist Direct decided to ship your order via an untraced postal product supplied by Spring. This product does not have, tracking,
proof of delivery or insurance, in other words it is a traditional postal product, to clarify we did not decide that this was the best routing for your order this decision was made by Chemist Direct
7. Your order was delivered into our Heathrow depot on the 18th January 2019
8. We injected your order into the final mile delivery Correos on the 22nd January
9. We are doing all that we can to locate your product and ensure that it is delivered to you however as stated above there is not any tracking on the shipment as it is a postal product

Fastest delivery to Spain by any one I hve used from the UK

I live in Spain as many UK retirees do. Vitamins and some other non drug items here are very expensive.I have been ordering from ChemistDirect both when I lived in England and here in Spain. My only real problems have been delivery in the past. Not any more. I placed an Order on Monday the 15th of January using a new courier they have for Europe Global E. My package was received today the 22nd Monday a holiday in my City so in 7 days one of those a Sunday and today the delivery date a holiday better delivery than most companies in the UK to Europe . Use there web site compare the prices from your local source you will agree. A big thank you to the team at chemistdirect!

There are no words to say how fantastic …

There are no words to say how fantastic Besides there rates that are right on the Fx market rates on line there fees are very low. For example transferring my pension and state pension from my U.S. bank to euros, before Transferwise besides a rate that was no where as good as TW I had to pay a $40 fee for the transfer. They can be trusted with any amount when we sold our home we transferred a large amount it was in our Euro account in 3 hours. There are other companies that do similar work but trust me for the average person try Transferwise and you will agree. I do not work for them I am retired .

new info on my last post

I wanted to get back to all who have seen my previous review. Chemist direct apologized profusely for the double billing, due to a computer error, credited my account. Should anyone have a problem immediately contact Clare.Barker whose details show in Trust Pilot. As I mentioned earlier I have used them for years and it never has happened before and am sure it will not happen again .

Compare there pieces on everything prescription and non prescription and all other items and you will agree with me.

Charged twice

On the first of June I laced an order with Chemist Direct on line. I have used them before with no problem. Now living in Spain I have not had delivery problems takes 7 to 10 days I have no complaints about that.

On 7th of June I looked on line and my order showed picked but no comment about delivery. I called Customer service i takes sometims days to get through. I finally reached some one who does sales my phone and she said let me check with the Warehouse. after a few minutes she came back and said your card declined. She said if you give me your card now on the phone the order will be shipped. I did (not being near a place where I could check that t did decline).
on The 9th I checked my account on line d it showed was charged n the 1st for my online order and of course on the 7th over the phone. I have tried getting through to them and to no avail I have been charged £86.00 twice. I am in contact with my back who are investigating and no refund as yet.

We are extremely sorry to hear you have been charged twice for your purchase.

As soon as we received your first communication we did look into this immediately with our Finance department for you and was advised only one payment was deducted as shown on our systems.

Unfortunately due to a technical issue between your online and telephone payment made the two payments over lapsed with each other and then showed as only one payment deducted on our systems.

However after further investigation and using the screen shot you provided we have detected this issue and can now see from your order two paymentS were deducted and was not visible due to the over-lapse as mentioned.

We are really sorry this error occurred as we have never experienced this before, Our I.T. department have been made aware to prevent this from happening again.

I can confirm a full refund has now been issued for the total amount charged and will appear in your account within the next 1-4 working days.

Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

They took 2 weeks to send a card

I ordered a card on the 4th of October to The United States they have an office in New York. When I called I told them that the note next to my order said not printed 7 days after I ordered it. It took another call to get them to overnight a new card at their expense. I wil use them once again but if it happens again they are toast

TERRIBLE LIKE NO OTHER COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH!

In Sunday the 26th of August now 12 working days away I ordered two products. One item was received with in 4 days. The other item has still not been received they sent me a tracking number they set up at Hermes but it just shows that on Mon 27 Aug they set that up. If you call no one Answers if you email it takes days where they come back with the same lines I now have seen on here. You are actually told not to bother contacting them until you have waited 21 days. Please do not use them ever again. I would not even walk into there actual store. I have only used a star is that is the on ly way this info will get to other unsuspecting people

Excellent value for money

I first looked at Chemist Direct as I was furious with the pricing of Listerine original at Tesco's. Tesco on average sells it for £4.60. Small local pharmacies sell it for around £4.10.

I now realize with that trigger making me look at the site everything is sold for less at least all I have purchased. Add to that that delivery is free once you spend £40. Delivery is superb.

Fastest Delivery ever

I have purchased most products but never had a delivery like this. I placed the order around 2pm on a weekday it was delivered the next day at 11am. I should also point out that on two other pet supply sites it was £4.00 more than you charged.

I will be placing and order tomorrow for more supplies
