They disconnected my tub, from my old address collected it and delivered it to our new address. They were so good and particular with the positioning and then proceeded to install it, service it and set it all up again.
All done with the most professional and curtious service. Will always use these guys.

Andy took us through the process and gave us experience and honest advice .
Tim turned up for the pre instillation visit on time and was very informative and again on installation day along with James carried out a professional job along with being courteous.

Thanks to Andy and his team at hot tub studio, we have had our tub just about 12 months and decided to have it serviced by the professionals. They did an awesome job, the tub is back to as new condition water has never felt fresher, also changed the cushions which is definitely worth doing every now and again as they do degrade over time. If you are looking for a Jacuzzi look no further this company is great at the sales stage and ongoing service phase and don’t shy away from replacing things under warranty if required. Definitely a company I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Annual Jacuzzi service reminder was helpful and work carried out on time by very friendly and helpful engineer. very happy with service. They also spotted a problem with the jacuzzi lights which are covered by warranty and arranged for jacuzzi to visit and fix the issue. Highly recommend Hot Tub Studio

We brought our hot tub last year and can’t rate the customer service enough. When buying, when sorting our service, when sorting an issue (turns out wasn’t an issue, just an unknown switch to us lol) all dealt with extremely efficiently and with such lovely friendly manners. Nothing seams to much trouble. Emails are responded to quickly. Questions answered effectively and when we thought we had a prob, it was arranged that same day and an engineer sent out the next day! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend :)

Quick efficient response to a breakdown of my tub, I have been having issues for over 2 years and despite many visits from "qualified engineers " no one was able to identify the problem, An email to Hot tub Studio and Andy ( CEO ) called me and said he could get an engineer to attend within a few hrs, obviously I have heard this all before and often ended up paying for parts that were not needed, the engineer called as promised and identified the issue within 5 minutes! A new part was needed ( under ten pounds) and I had a working tub again. Very knowledgeable engineer and even though I didn't buy the tub from them treated me like you would expect to be treated . Well done team! A happy client.

From purchase to delivery everything was 5 star. This being our 2nd purchase from Andy in 20 years and the 1st one is still in use! When you have a look around at cheaper brands there really isn't anything in comparison. Yes Jacuzzi are a bit more expensive but you really do get what you pay for. When purchasing from Jacuzzi you are buying quality that is going to last you a very long time. Remember your dealing with a company with an outstanding track record. Definitely my best purchase this year and just one more thing the stereo system is amazing.

So far my experience has been great. Keith was very helpful and accommodating during the research and eventual deal and sale process, including site survey to confirm access and location suitability. The installation team were also fantastic, taking the time to ensure the Jacuzzi was perfectly positioned to our desires. The filling and startup of the Jacuzzi were done in no time at all, finishing with a good explanation of operation and maintenance. Thank you and I hope the great service continues into the future.

We have bought 2 hot tubs from Hot Tub Studio over the past 2+ years. We have always received a 5* service from ordering during Covid, delivery, ongoing enquiries and more recently a technical issue which was resolved on the same day. Everyone we have dealt with is knowledgeable and helpful. They have made running our holiday letting much easier.

Wow… can’t believe I’ve brought myself a hot tub. So very pleased with the knowledge and customer service I received whilst deliberation which model to go for. From start to finish, as a first time buyer of a hot tub, the purchase experience was top tier. The lead time was quick as the exact item I wanted was in stock. The delivery and set up was made swift and easy by the gems of staff that came on the day. 100%, would recommend to anyone.

Excellent company. Very helpful with both sales and repairs. I purchased my Jacuzzi from them some years ago and the service was really good. I had to have a repair recently, which was carried out very efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Great company to deal with.

BRILLIANT SERVICE.
Last week my heating element gave up the ghost, Andy's team at Hot Tub Studio got back to me right away and offered me a variety of appointments to fit with my schedule. Jordan came with all the kit, and fixed it very efficiently. He also set everything up for me again. Very tidy and polite. Strongly recommend.

The whole team at Hot Tub Studio are brilliant - we bought our very first hot tub and so had lots of questions! Andy was super helpful and really happy to answer them all and Georgina showed us around the Bicester showroom so we could see the tubs before we bought. On the day of delivery Tim and Scott were brilliant, they clearly knew their stuff and patiently talked me through all the chemicals - making sure to let me know they were only a call away if I had any questions. I couldn't recommend them enough!

We Purchased our Hot Tub last year With Hot Tub studios West Midlands - Andy gave us Great Customer Service. One of our main concerns was the after care we would receive- It has been Excellent! From the very first Site Survey , then Installation, after care, Service , any queries or call out has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Hot Tub Studio West Midlands . James has also been great - nothing too much trouble and quickly sorts anything out !

Had a FL-2 flow switch problem. Andy, quickly arranged a call out (the next day), and Tim and Scott were able to sort the problem out in a few minutes by alternating the pump switches on and off, and explained that if the waterfall is still running then it's not a circulation pump issue. Tim and Scott two very able, straightforward, no fuss lads, Highly recommend.
