From the initial phone call to the final email, I cannot fault the people at Irwin Mitchell.
Laura, Katie, Flora and Isobel are all fantastic at the Jobs and I say job but not once through the process did, I felt that they were just doing a job. The professionalism and empathy the care and support that was given though the hardest part of my life was absolutely flawless.
There were moments that they knew me better then what I thought I knew myself.
The team got an admission of liability following a RTC after proving that the other driver was at fault. Then the complex tasks of calculating losses- My case was quite complex to say the least.
