Very good service & attitude

Placed an order for some Rayban Meta Sunglasses, unfortunately had to return them so contacted Vision Express.

Was sent an email advising me to generate a Royal Mail label on their returns portal and drop it off at a locker or drop off point.

I printed the label and deposited the parcel in the locker, received a confirmation email from Royal Mail saying they had it.

No refund was actioned so i queried the return/refund, received a email back saying yes it was deposited at the locker, named the locker and said they would get back to me.

3 days later, they said the location of the locker was not correct even though they confirmed the location with me in their earlier reply.

They also decided to throw in the comment "This type of discrepancy typically only occurs if the label has been altered or tampered with after issue.

I have now raised this as a complaint and will be filing a chargeback for the amount they refuse to refund.

Once entering the Vision Express store in Eastbourne town centre I recieved good customer service.

I had an excellent experience choosing my new glasses, Sabah from the Manchester Arndale store was incredibly helpful and patient whilst picking the right frames and lens type

Great service, very friendly & helpful!

A bit of a wait beyond my appointment time but beyond that the experience was professional and straightforward.
One particularly annoying part of the pre-appointment period was after booking online I continued to receive reminders to book! It seems that Vision Expresses electronic systems don’t ‘speak’ to each other which is wasteful and frustrating for the customer.

Very pleasant staff and attentive, informative optician.

Free to look around and try one a couple of pairs of sunglasses before deciding on which one's I wanted. Processing the order was straight forward and easy

Everything was smooth and easy the entire time. They even helped me decide on a frame. I can't remember their names but the optician who did my eye test and the woman who helped me after the test were both so kind and helpful.

I'd booked an eye test due to bloodshot eyes and a headache, the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately after the test, I was shown some glasses and decided to take, what seemed like, a decent offer. It was only £65 for a pair so I agreed to buy them, I didn't realise lenses etc were extra and nobody explained this, even when they told me the total price was £240!!!

Great service not kept waiting managed to get an appointment immediately.

Really excellent service from all the staff

I was having alot of problems with my eyes and i really felt like vision express really had taking their time to help understand why.Lovely people and couldnt be more helpfull overall a great experience and also great price.

Customers service is not great! Senior staff is very judgmental and not customer friendly! No smile on face. Optician was good.
