I bought a watch from j b watches . When it arrived it was faulty contacted via email was told to send back for it to be fixed. Sent via tracked royal mail. Watch was received 3rd feb now 23rd feb . Sent numerous emails and contact number not working!! No reply at all!! My hard earned money wasted . How even is a company allowed to treat people this way . Extremely upset!!

Not impressed with after sales. Watch fell off wrist aftet 6 months - sent it back as instructed as it was faulty. 1 month later still waiting for it to be returned to me - not good. Keep getting message that they have a 14 day turnaround and it is being repaired but I think it suspicious that they are not keeping me informed.

Do not order from this company. It appears many people are complaining of the same situation as myself. Faulty watch, was advised to send it back and provided a tracked returns label. It’s been 4 weeks and not heard anything back. Also no website or contact number available any more. I strongly believe this was a fraud company conveniently set up before Christmas. Fuming

Bought a Michael Kors Watch 3 months ago and it’s has a fault . Can’t get in touch with the. company . The website is out .Waste money

Initially I was not sure, the product is original or not because of the price. But with much of research and finally seeing the product and check the warrently I was assured it sells original products.

ORdered and delivery was quick.....however 4weeks later watch running slow....losing time ! Sent emails .....tried ring several times...left several messages.... Not one reply DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a watch at Christmas, sent it back on 21st January 2020 as it was faulty. Received an email on 24th January saying there repair team was looking into it and will be in touch within 14 days as they are working to peak turn around times. I’ve heard nothing emailed them three times and rang several times, one number the phone rings and rings and rings but no answer and the other number tells me they are now closed and to try them between 9:30-5:30 but bare in mind I was ringing between them times! Looking at Companies House (a government website) for ltd companies it doesn’t say it has dissolved it says it is still active. I have now been In touch with trading standards. They signed for the watch I returned and I can see people have had contact with the company up until the end of January but now nothing!

Really not happy at the moment. Sent a watch back as the strap broke. It was a Christmas present to my 16 year old son, his first really nice watch an Armani. Mid January the strap cracked and the watch had to be returned for them to have a look at it. As it couldn't be repaired they told me they were sending a replacement. Cut a long story short when I chased the deleivery of the replacement I was told it had got lost lost in transit and there were no longer any of the specific watch available so I could choose an alternative, no refund was offered Since receiving this email the website has been down and no one is answering my emails or the telephone. As MIchelle mentioned in her review are they still trading? I have a very disappointed teenager :-(

I bought 3 Michael Kors watches for my 3 daughters Christmas present. I had to get the strap altered so took it to my local Michael Kors shop. The have took links out of hundreds of watches. 2 out of the 3 watches I purchased had links taken out. The pin has dropped out so I went back they put it back in again and said if it comes out for the third time there is a fault with the strap. I can’t get in touch with JB watches. No reply to my email and nobody answering the phone. Had they ceased trading?

Ordered a Michael Kors watch for my partners 30th birthday. Tracking information wasn't updating to say that they had my item, so I had to keep emailing JB Watches to chase it up. The next week (same week of my partners birthday) they email to say that the item has been lost and they've issued a refund. But they did this without offering the opportunity to have another watch sent out (apparently due to system failures they're unable to do this) or let me select a different watch instead. So now it's the week of my partners birthday, i have no watch and no money to buy another watch until I've waited further week to receive my refund, by which time my partners birthday will have been and gone! Not happy at all!

I purchased 2 ladies watches intended to buy one but after I received my watch I was so pleased and the sale was still on so I purchased another, both Armani would highly recommend JB WATCHES and will certainly use them again.

Very quick dispatch and delivery, both watches were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Can't fault.

Amazing quality, order delivered earlier than expected and professionally packaged. My husband is over the moon with his new watch.
