By far the best warranty company I have


By far the best warranty company I have ever used I’ve had one claim already it was dealt with swiftly and professionally and I was back on the road in one day
Martin ship the account manager was knowledgeable and professional in dealing with my case

Disappointed in this company

Disappointed in this company, dont waste your time with them. Thelady I spoke to was friendly enough but when it comes to a claim, they refuse the claim. Most things that could go wrong with car, they exclude from the policy.
I've wasted over a week with them, I should have followedthe reviews i read on here. .

OPTEVEN THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

OPTEVEN has been our chosen warranty partner for a number of years & whilst the cover offered & the price point are definite factors when considering our partner - it is also the people that make OPTEVEN the complete package . As experienced today , Martin Shipp our regional manager ensures he is available to intervene if assistance is required & he is proactive in his approach to supporting "his dealer" .

Opteven (AA Warranties)

We have worked with Opteven (AA Warranties) for a few years now. They are very easy to work with and provide excellent warranty products. The representative we deal with (Martin Shipp) is very helpful and is always on hand when we need him. Highly recommend!

What can i say about Opteven Uk

Mosrur is a credit to yr company

Mosrur is a credit to yr company. Ive used Opteven for a few years now. Service is amazing from renewal to actually claiming for work needed done on car. Really recommend good prices too. Thank you
