I had a problem with the daylight saving time not changing when the clocks changed. Immediately diagnosed with first question by the technician who answered my call as a problem caused by my 3rd party integration. Problem resolved. Very happy.

Talked to a guy at a plumbers merchants today, who said the Drayton hubs were black magic. Which might be true, they are very advanced and even with a further degree I needed to phone tech support. BUT their tech support is fantastic, your talking to a technical, intelligent & articulate person who WILL find the problem and fix it. My guy was on 45 minutes helping me setup and at no point did he make play to give up or bail out. 10/10 to all the tech support first line, and their manager.

I’ve recently upgraded my Wiser System to include insights +.
I did have to contact their help desk to get a few things sorted but as always they are so helpful and informative and dealing with them is a delight and for me a masterclass in how customer services should be.
The wiser system as a whole for me has been great as has the app, there will always be issues and glitches with any technology but knowing you’ve great customer service at hand when they do is that extra piece of mind you need.

Purchased a smart meter to work with my Drayton Wiser heating setup. The connection between the app and the device worked for years all ok. Then suddenly lost connection. But contacted the helpdesk and they sorted it for me. Great product and great customer support.

I had a fault with the wiser app as it wouldn't let me log on to do any adjustments so I rang their customer service at 19.30 hrs and Chole sorted the problem out with in 5 minutes and got the app working again I can certainly recommend the product and aftercare service they offer

I was advised that the company had ceased fabricating the particular Thermosat that was not working but was told what model number to buy and that because the new unit fitted the old one, No rewiring would be required! And even where to buy one!
If I had one gripe. it would be that this information was given to me over several emails and over several days, I I had not been retired, I might have given up1
Really slow support service, asking the same questions over and over and taking days to respond. Phone lines always have this weird, several second delay on them that means conversations are really awkward. Products don't work as they should. Very finicky to set up and often the heating just doesn't come on - sometimes it comes on for no reason!. Never did get to the bottom of my problems with underfloor heating. I've just given up. Over £1000 down the drain. Wish I'd gone with another company now but too late.....
Excellent customer service.
Quickly resolved the issue I had with communicating with my home hub. Courteous and knowledgable technicians

Superb service from customer service. I had a problem trying to pair my phone with the heating hub. Eventually the advisers found the problem was they found they had my old email address on their system as I’d changed my email. After I advised them they could change to my new email address everything is now working perfectly. Well done customer service.

I had an issue with some of my trv4 radiator valves leaking. I contacted Drayton about it and the gland seal replacement kit and they promptly replied and sent out 8 plus a key free if charge. Very happy with the level of customer service.

I had an issue with the app connecting with my Digistat-5ADE controller. Drayton sent me an email as soon as I informed themselvestelling me how to reconnect them and it worked perfectly

Fitted Drayton TRV4 radiator valves a number of years ago and recently had problems with a couple of thermostat heads. Wonder the reason so contacted Drayton customer help who were very very helpful and knowledgeable. They sorted me out and pointed out the reason I was having issues, which mainly pointed to leaking stem seals. All working perfect now. Thank you Drayton.

Draytin mi Genie - product claimed to be capable of being controlled by app, but app is discontinued.
What a swindle! Central heating controller deliberately discontinuing service to try and sell a newer model.
No way will I buy anything made by this firm again
Barely works, but heaven forbid you need to change anything.. thermostats seem to have a mind of their own and often inexplicably block the boiler starting for hot water for no reason.

I have a wiser hub 2 channel. I've had it around 2 years. I have used the technical service a few times, when I have changed my router. The service from the technical department is excellent & they are available at weekends. Thank you

Paid £155 for a Drayton Digistat +3RF Thermostat in December 2022 which has packed in just after the 2 year warranty ran out in the middle of winter.
Substandard product from a substandard company.
Would not recommend them an will not be buying any of their rubbish in the future.
Love the system.
Fitted to whole house to give total control in every room and over water temp
Love the visibility and instant control that the App provides
Note sure about the insight data but on the whole very happy and pleased
Power saving mode is great when you go away
Main issues we had were not Drayton caused, the wi-fi we have needs a booster in the house and connecting to the Hub to get a good connection was problematic - eventually sorted and the installer didn’t really give a good overview of how the system works or what to do
The support C/S from Drayton is brilliant - fast; efficient; clear concise and responsive
Obviously impacted by price changes and weather but on the whole I think we are using less power (I know this as I can review on the App from our power supplier not Daytona data) but certainly have greater control and at our finger tips and no need to mess around altering radiator valves

I have 'Wiser' wi-fi controlled valve heads which give me full control, through the Wiser App, of every radiator and hot water and the flexibility that has provided me in optimising the heat load and setting up schedules, to minimise our energy consumption, has been magical!
In now the three years I have had the system, we have had to call Drayton Support on a few occasions and each time, our issue has been speedily resolved and that has been much appreciated.
So if you are looking for a simple and user friendly system with a manufacturer that stands by its products for the longer term, then you would have to go very far to find someone possibly better than Drayton
