The equipment I required was available…

The equipment I required was available for next day collection at Tool Station. It was straightforward to set up. When I had a couple of questions, I rang the helpline which was answered immediately and my query expertly answered and problems resolved by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great service.

Drayton Wiser heating control panel…

I had a Wiser heating control panel installed about a year ago. It has no annual fee and I can control my heating (and hot water) via my phone from wherever I am, either sat on the sofa or out and about. I have just changed my Internet router so everything needed updating, I made a mistake updating this unit and app and had to call Drayton and it was a pleasure... the phone was answered quickly, by a real human who didn't just repeat instructions, but was so friendly and quickly identified what I had done, guided me through the rest. Wish I had just phoned them straight away.

Real Humans On Technical Support

Fantastic product backed by a equally fantastic technical support team.
I have had my system installed for three years with no problems but suddenly it would not connect to the Wiser cloud service.
Telephoned support for help not expecting too much but I was delighted to speak to a real human that was interested in helping me not a multiple-choice AI chat bot.
After a short over the phone diagnostic the technician diagnosed the fault and had it working within the hour.
That is service above and beyond what I had expected.
Highly delighted.

Help with thermostat From a situation that i thought would…

From a situation that i thought would be a nightmare for a 70 yr old pensioner
Turned into a very easy problem from the assistant on the phone from Drayton
Who kindly helped me sort my thermostat from not working to working
So I’m very satisfied with the company and their staff

Very bad experience for me today

Very bad experience for me today. I called the company and selected Sales as option 1 because I needed to understand the functionalities of the thermostat they sell to see if it's suitable for my needs. Michelle answered the phone and it was clear she did not want to spend any time with me on the phone, at the first opportunity she said it was not her to advise me but the technical support, I told her I did not need to check anything technical, that someone in sales was exactly suitable to help me understand what is suitable for my needs, she did not even let me finish my sentence she had already transferred me through. I hang up and called again, the same person Michelle answered again, I told her I was not happy she transferred me when I was still talking, she told me to stop shouting at her, I told her I was not shouting I was expressing my dissatisfaction with her obnoxious ways, I asked to speak to a manager, she said there was no manager to speak to, she told me I had to write my complaint in.

Drayton - take note of this, if you are wondering why your sales are not as high as you expect, now you know, people like this are bad for you, you need to hire sales people who actually sell, I was ready to be your customer and this person mistreated me so much I could never buy anything from you. Hope it helps.

I had just changed broadband supplier…

I had just changed broadband supplier and was having trouble getting my broadband to link with the wiser hub. I phoned Drayton/Wiser and was answered within a few rings. The young lady I spoke to talked me through the changes I needed to make but unfortunately none worked. She said she would check with the technical department and get back to me. Within about 10 minutes I had an email from Wiser detailing the changes I needed to make which worked perfectly within minutes. Problem solved no problem 👍

Reset of Wiser for heating system

The support that I had received was amazing, it was so helpful and all the way through how to reset my wiser and even go beyond. The operator was so patient, very knowledgeable, great manor and so helpful.

I've had a Wiser Kit 2 for 11 months

I've had a Wiser Kit 2 for 11 months, although new boiler installed by a gas pro, the controls were selected and installed by me. Installation was a piece of cake, made easier by backplate being a straight replacement from the old. Hub and therostat worked first time, no issues until yesterday, when thermostat display gave up, which turned out to be a battery failure. Sought advice from Wiser, it seems that if battery voltage drops below about 1.1VDC, display is blank but keystrokes + and - still work. They clarified an issue within about 10 minutes, batteries replaced and all OK. Excellent and prompt service.

Great support . Great communicators

Had a problem connecting my Wiser Hub to WiFi after a brief power cut. Support was very personable, quick and efficient. Lovely to have support from people able to communicate exceptionally well.

Flawless system. Saves money and makes the house more comfortable

I’ve had the Wiser Smart heating system for 6 years. I started with the Multizone Kit 2 and added smart thermostatic valves. I recently added a smart plug, but only as a range extender for one of the radiators.

The system has been flawless in all that time. All the thermostats still work. Also it’s made heating the house both more comfortable and economical.

The only issue I had was actually caused by a faulty motorised valve on my heating system, which caused some odd behaviour. Drayton’s support team were excellent and able to see that the system had no faults. They suggested a plumbing problem and were right.

I’m tempted to upgrade to their new Gen 2 system with a number of new capabilities I’d like to try.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic product and excellent support!

I recently upgraded my old LP822 boiler controller to the Wiser Multi-Zone Kit 2 and was really impressed with how simple the installation was—truly plug and play.

I did run into a small issue with the old thermostat wiring, which prevented the new controller from switching on the boiler. I called technical support and was genuinely impressed—within 15 minutes, I received an email with the solution, and it worked perfectly.

Great product and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Happy with plug…

I got my signal booster plug and it was very well packaged. So happy with that. I would just recommend that Drayton don't use DHL as a courier in the future as the fault lay with them in using and delivering to the wrong address.

Fantastic after care with any IT. issues, really know there products, and friendly if you are bit like me who hasn't a clue being in my sixtees, but very easy to set up

Drayton Wiser Suport

I had a problem connecting my Hub to my new Broadband Router, so I rang Drayton Suport.
My call was answered very quickly and the technician walked me through the process of connection to my Router, it took a fair while but she was very polite and understanding.
This is not the first time I’ve used Suport and they are always knowledgeable and helpful.
If only more companies Suport departments were run like this!

Having a sporadic problem with my hot…

Having a sporadic problem with my hot water, although the problem hasn't been resolved I was kept informed of the investigation and given the opportunity to keep the ticket open and told to get back in touch if the problem resurfaces.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had problems with programming my Digistat and Gemma not only emailed me simple steps but phoned me as well.
